There are quite a few problems with Kroger. Their website is incredibly frustrating and slow - it takes 2 to 5 minutes just to load the login page, and then another eternity for your account to load. Are they running this site on ancient equipment? The pricing is another major issue. Regular prices are outrageous unless items are on sale, then they're actually reasonable. So basically, Kroger decides what I buy based on what's being discounted that week, because paying their full prices is completely unrealistic.

Kayla at the registers was absolutely delightful and the bagger did an excellent job too. The whole staff here makes shopping enjoyable. Really appreciate how welcoming the people are.

I'm frustrated for two reasons. First, the staff was careless when they loaded my order. Second, there's clearly no quality control checking these orders. The grape tomatoes I received were completely rotten inside the container. I'm concerned this might have contaminated other items in my delivery.

Please hire enough cashiers instead of relying on 12 broken self-checkout stations.

The Olive Branch location really needs to invest in customer service training for their staff. I've shopped there for years, and on a Thursday in February, I picked up a gift card along with my groceries. When I reached my car and looked for it to put away, it was missing. I went back to ask the cashier if she had it, thinking maybe she forgot to bag it. She claimed she'd left it on the counter by the credit card machine - something she should have mentioned before! When I spoke with the manager about it, his response was completely dismissive. He showed zero empathy and basically told me he couldn't help. His entire demeanor said 'that's your problem and I don't care.' Employees should always inform customers when items aren't being bagged normally. I won't be returning to this store.

We really hope to see Kroger expand to our area in Michigan. Our community desperately needs a grocery store option and we don't have one available.

Ordered groceries through Kroger's delivery service because bad weather was coming and I needed essentials. The delivery window was supposed to be between 1:11 and 2:45 in the afternoon, with a backup slot around 6 pm. I checked the app around 1 o'clock but it kept showing 'out for delivery.' When I called customer service at 4 o'clock, the status still hadn't updated. The representative eventually told me they'd looked into it with the delivery team and couldn't locate my order, so they issued a refund that would take 2 to 4 business days plus a $20 credit. The representative was kind, but it doesn't solve my immediate problem - I still don't have groceries, and I certainly don't have extra money to try another service. Given the weather forecast, it's not realistic to expect delivery today or anytime soon. This whole situation was frustrating and left me without food when I needed it most.

The Kroger delivery service needs serious improvement. I received moldy vegetables, expired products, and damaged items like cracked milk containers and crushed packaging. Considering what I paid, the quality of products and service is completely unacceptable.

My wife's thyroid medication was switched to a new supplier by Kroger pharmacy, and the replacement formulation is completely different. The new pill looks different and dissolves on her tongue rather than being swallowed whole. Her symptoms have come back. When she spoke with the pharmacist about it, he immediately acknowledged what she was going to say, indicating they already knew about this issue and had received multiple complaints. He basically said there was nothing they could do and suggested trying other pharmacies, though they'd likely have the same problem. I contacted Kroger corporate and got no resolution. We just want her original medication that actually works instead of this faulty product. Kroger seems fully aware of the problem but doesn't care enough to fix it. We've been loyal customers for years, but they've lost us. It's clear they prioritize profits over their customers' health and wellbeing.

I'm giving this five stars plus one because of our cashier's exceptional service. She works at the Shreveport location and creates such a wonderful shopping experience. We truly hope Kroger recognizes how valuable she is to their team. She's a genuinely kind person and we need more employees just like her.

Everything about the store impressed me - it was spotless, very organized, and the produce selection looked incredibly fresh. Kroger has become my go-to place for all my grocery needs.

Grocery costs have skyrocketed over the past couple years, and items that used to be affordable are now double or triple the price. In our small Arizona community, we shop at Fry's, which represents Kroger. While Fry's is pricey too, they're competitive compared to other stores nearby. What really sets them apart is their excellent staff - even the customer service team members always show patience and helpfulness despite being busy. I want to mention Big K sodas specifically, because their prices have actually gone down while other brands keep climbing. Big K now costs less than the same products at Walmart, which have gone up dramatically. Their sugar-free options taste fantastic too. For those of us who enjoy soft drinks, Big K is my brand of choice and something I'd recommend to others.
