Got a machine washable rug for my daughter's nursery with a grippy backing. When we put it down on carpet, it looked like it might bunch up as we walked on it, so we weren't sure it would work in that spot. We ended up moving it to a different room instead. I emailed immediately to request a color swap, but there was zero way to cancel before it shipped, which would've solved everything. My order processed anyway and didn't get a response until the next evening. By that point they'd already shipped me the wrong color. They eventually told me to reject the delivery for a refund, but it'd already been left on my porch. Now I'm stuck in limbo. These guys have no clue how to manage simple color changes and clearly don't give a second thought to how aggravating this is for their customers. Find another retailer and spare yourself the frustration.
