Lane Bryant Return Policy

Lane Bryant accepts the return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise, which can be processed either by mail or in person at any Lane Bryant store location. Most refunds are available for up to 45 days following the purchase date, provided you have proof of purchase.

If you are a member of the Lane Rewards program and use your Lane Bryant Credit Card for the purchase, your return window is automatically extended to a generous 60 days. Merchandise credits or exchanges are offered for returns made after the standard 45-day (or 60-day) window.

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it within the standard 45-day period using a gift receipt. In this instance, you will receive a merchandise credit equal to the original price paid by the sender.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for any return or exchange. For hygienic reasons, all panties, certain lingerie sets, and products where the protective packaging has been opened are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Finally, a Pleasant Associate

Today around 7:00 PM, I visited the Lane Bryant in the Arlington Highlands, TX shopping center. Since they were in the middle of a clearance sale, the store was quite busy. I selected half a dozen items and headed toward the dressing room area. An LB associate greeted me, introduced herself as April and led me to a dressing room. I decided to buy a jumpsuit and three blouses. When I arrived at the checkout, there were two associates manning the register. Each one had a customer. When one of them was free, I approached her. She said she was going to restock and left me standing there. The other associate continued with her existing customer. Just as I was getting irritated at being left high-and-dry by the associate, April came forward from the front of the store and offered to check me out. She was pleasant, interested in my choices and extremely professional. This particular store is not known to have pleasant staff. April was a clear exception. She restored my good mood with her graciousness. She deserves a promotion!!

Exemplary customer service

I was on vacation in Las Vegas where I used to live. Sadly, my favorite Lane Bryant location, Blue Diamond, had closed. We went to the Meadows Mall and one of the ladies from the Blue Diamond location was there. In all the times I have shopped at Lane Bryant, Blue Diamond had the best customer service so I was happy that Tamiko was at this location. She provided me with the same stellar customer service as always. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if I was looking for something specific. I was looking for bras and in a hurry. She asked me size and I explained the issues I was having with sizing. She measured me, and offered me a bra that would offer better support. She picked one in my size and helped me to the dressing room. She asked my name and checked back with me to get another size. They only had a few choices in my size but she told me could order them and have them shipped to my home. I told her I had seen a coupon online but was unable to find it again. She helped with that too! Tamiko was very knowledgeable and personable. As someone who had worked and managed in retail, she exemplifies the traits I look for in a customer service experience.

Marjorie Johnson caught me off guard, Marjorie went above and beyond, and then said take your time. Let me explain! Im always trying to save and work a coupon. I called to asked a specific question about buy one get one and other question. Marjorie said yes give me your item numbers.....I wasn't ready. Take your time she said. I have to look it up, its ok Marjorie said. As I nervously pull it up still in shock thinking "Really" Wow! Marjorie did the mathematics and gave me my best route. Brittney in Fremont goes extra mile to help

Fremont location review. Clean store. Helpful staff that goes the extra mile. Brittany helped me put together my order over the phone to keep my shopping time down to fit my schedule. It was better than online. It was amazingly convenient and even better than mail order because I picked it it up right away and didn't have to wait or dispose of a bunch of packing materials. She is awesome and I appreciate the extra effort.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE !!

I just moved to Eugene/Springfield, Oregon about 3-4 months ago and decided to go into Layne Bryant at the Valley River Mall in Eugene. I was having the worst week ever until I walked in and was greeted by the amazing Makaya, *thee most wonderful sales/stylist girl I have EVER met !! She welcomed me, asked me if I was looking for anything in particular, and showed me around the store and immediately helped me with my sizes. What I thought was cool as well, was that she told me the history of how Layne Bryant came to be, and was so enthusiastic explaining it to me. Normally the sales girls in other stores ask if they can help you and say, 'ok let me know if you have any questions,' and then walk away. Not her, she was absolutely fabulous ! Then I met Laura, the manager of the store, and she was so incredibly wonderful as well ! She explained that they are all about positively, and told me that they were so glad that I came in and that I got to have a good time because my week had been so awful. She made sure to ask me if there was anything else I needed before I left the store. Both of them were very accommodating. I literally cannot say enough about these two ladies. Layne Bryant is now my new favorite store, and now when I go in again, as I will a lot, I know I am treated like a friend.

Consistent experience

I’ve purchased in store for years and this was my first time online. Shipping was slow although the website tells you that in advance. I was delighted with my items when they showed up. I got a pink skater dress that fit like I expected and some biker short/tank top pajamas that were sooo comfy. In my new world of online shopping I’ve not had the best experience and was relieved my in store and online expectations were the same at Lane Bryant.
