I've been a loyal customer for years, but the quality has really suffered lately. My recent order from their Canadian site arrived with items falling apart already. The panties were fraying right out of the box. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping there again.

The online support team is really unhelpful. Their website had a glitch where it kept reverting my bra size selection to a wrong size at checkout no matter how many times I picked the correct one. I submitted my order and immediately emailed customer service to change it or cancel before shipping, but they didn't respond for a full week. By then my bras had already arrived in the wrong size. Now they want me to pay for a return label which costs a third of the bra itself, plus return shipping. That's not worth it. I also don't have any physical stores nearby to return to in person. Their return policy is awful and they're too slow to respond to fix their own mistakes.

If they allowed zero stars, that's what I'd give. Bought two bras online and one had a broken strap while the other didn't fit right. When I reached out, nobody responded for days. Called multiple times, got put on hold, left callback messages that were never returned. Eventually they said their return system was down. Now after weeks of follow-up calls, they claim my return window has passed and won't issue a return label. Terrible products and even worse customer support.

I used to shop at La Senza regularly but won't be going back. I received a gift and wanted to exchange it for the same item in a different size. They wouldn't do the exchange without a receipt, which I didn't have since it was a gift from someone out of province. I didn't want to bother the person or ask them to track down the receipt. So I'm stuck with something I can't wear even though the tags and everything are still perfect. If you're buying gifts for someone here, be warned about their strict exchange policy.

Visited the store and mentioned to the employee that I wasn't sure of my size and would need help trying on bras. When I came out of the changing room several times to grab different sizes, she never offered assistance or checked in on me. Even worse, both staff members were standing idle at the register the entire time. It was inconvenient to keep getting fully dressed between every fitting when help should have been available.

The quality is not what it used to be and their customer service is unacceptable. I bought two bras in January and within two months one broke. After pushing back repeatedly, I got a replacement. Then my other bra broke two months later while I was at work and I had to tape it just to get through the day. When I asked for an exchange, they offered me thirty percent off like that would fix the problem. I'm done spending money on products designed to fall apart.

They charge for their loyalty card but don't inform you upfront about the cost. Felt like a scam.

Terrible online shopping experience. I ordered during the boxing day sale and got an email saying my order was cancelled due to out of stock, even though everything showed available when I bought it. I called to ask when my refund would come and was told seven to ten days. When I talked to them again, they suggested I just reorder and pay attention to stock levels. Why would I do that and risk being charged twice the amount? The worst customer service I've experienced.

I ordered five bras online but only received four. One was missing from my shipment. When I tried to contact customer service about it, they never responded.

This appears to be a fraudulent site. I placed an order and never got a confirmation email even though the website showed it as processed. When I tried to access my account later, I was locked out. Lost almost one hundred dollars with no way to recover it.

Very disappointed with this order. All my items arrived heavily sprayed with fragrance, much stronger than any hand lotion would be. I have a medical condition triggered by fragrances that causes serious reactions, and the exposure made me very sick. I also didn't receive all the colors I ordered but wasn't asked about substitutions first. To make it worse, the customer service and contact links in the confirmation email don't work. I never got a shipping notification either. This is unprofessional and careless business practice.

I jumped on their recent sale and ordered several items. The shipping was surprisingly quick, and all confirmations looked correct on my end. However, when the package arrived, Canada Post said the address was incomplete even though everything appeared correct in my order. After contacting the company, they said they couldn't resend it and I'd have to reorder instead. The rep promised a refund in 7 to 10 business days, but when I checked on day six, a different representative had no record of this refund and couldn't find me in their system.

Really let down by how they handled my order. I placed it on June 24th and when I called customer service in early July, they told me to wait until the 17th before I could even get a refund. That's over three weeks just to process a return. The business has really deteriorated.

The prices just don't match the value anymore. La Vie en Rose offers much better pricing and more frequent discounts, giving customers significantly more for their money. La Senza has become overpriced and not worth shopping at.

My girlfriend bought ten pairs of panties less than three months ago. Six of them are now ripped at the seams. We use normal laundry detergent and haven't done anything harsh. This quality is completely unacceptable and the company refuses to do anything about it. They're clearly using cheap materials.
