This company is a complete scam and I'd warn anyone to stay away. I purchased a round-trip flight, and two days before departure, my son had a serious health crisis so I needed to cancel. I contacted them right away with proof of the emergency and submitted documentation multiple times. For over three weeks I got nothing but silence. Then they told me they couldn't help because the airline rejected it. Here's the thing - I paid for travel insurance that was supposed to give me a voucher for 90% of the ticket if I had to cancel for situations like this. When I asked about it, they said that coverage only applied to cancellations made before you fly under those specific terms. After stringing me along for weeks, that's their response. This place is terrible and nobody should trust them.
