L.L.Bean Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return it within one year of your purchase for a refund. After one year, only items defective in materials or craftsmanship can be considered for return. Proof of purchase required.
Products can’t be returned if they are:

Damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, accidents (including pet damage)

Excessively worn or near the end of its practical use

Lost or damaged by fire, flood, or natural disaster

Missing labels or have defaced labels

Returns through UPS or mail are $6.50 per package or free if you used an L.L.Bean Mastercard or paid entirely using Bean Bucks. You can also return your item(s) to L.L.Bean stores for no extra cost (excludes Clearance Centers).
