Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have an expiration date, so check the offer terms to ensure it is still valid.
- Some promotions apply only to dine-in service, takeout, or delivery separately, so verify which service type qualifies.
- The discount might exclude certain menu items or require a minimum purchase amount; ask your server if unsure.
- Promotional codes sometimes cannot be combined with other offers, so clarify which deals are stackable.

LongHorn Steakhouse Reviews
LongHorn Steakhouse earns polarized reviews, with shoppers rating it 3.6 out of 5 based on 25 reviews. Those who give high ratings consistently praise the quality of the steaks, margaritas, and salads, along with attentive and knowledgeable service staff. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious issues with service consistency and management decisions, including refusal to accommodate large party reservations and overall poor service experiences that have deterred repeat visits.
The restaurant's appeal centers on food quality and select positive service interactions, but service reliability appears inconsistent across locations and visits. Some customers have had exceptional experiences with individual servers, while others have encountered dismissive management and substandard service that overshadowed the dining experience. Prospective diners should be aware that experiences at LongHorn Steakhouse vary considerably.
We called ahead for a party of 15 in Wisconsin and were told they didn't have space. When we arrived, it was clear they could have seated us together, but the manager refused. She apparently had already told my daughter there was nothing they could do. This was supposed to be my husband's 67th birthday celebration and our families got split up for no good reason. To make it worse, when my daughter was seated, the manager came over and made a comment about family members being upset with her, even though we hadn't said anything to staff. Two of us never got our full orders, and by the time the shrimp arrived, most of the meal was done. We asked about recognizing the birthday and were told they would, but nothing happened. We were really looking forward to that. The whole experience left us extremely disappointed, especially with how the manager handled it.
The service was just awful. This was my third visit and I'm not coming back.
They've got everything I love - a margarita, quality steak, and their salad is always on point. The service here is consistently excellent.
This place has all my favorites: a good margarita, steak done right, and a solid salad. The staff always takes great care of you.
Visited the Oak Lawn spot and the service was top notch. Had an outstanding server who was super attentive and knowledgeable, honestly one of the best I've ever had. She really went above and beyond for us.
Went to the Oak Lawn location and had really solid service. Our server was fantastic, probably the best I've experienced. She was attentive, knew the menu inside and out, and did an excellent job overall. Gotta give her a shout out.
Had a terrible experience here. It was the worst meal I've ever had at this location in Columbia, SC. Orders kept getting messed up and everything took way too long. Not a place I'd recommend to anyone.
Worst dining experience I've had. This place shouldn't be where it is in Columbia, SC. Between getting orders wrong and waiting forever for food to arrive, it's not somewhere I'd want to go back to.
The manager's behavior was inappropriate and made me uncomfortable during my visit.
Had issues with how the manager treated me and felt uncomfortable with how they interacted.
The company's been upping their game in Florida. This new spot especially shines with quick, friendly service. I've watched how gracefully the team handles difficult customers coming through the door. One particular staff member really excels at making people feel welcome and cared for. The whole crew is fantastic. If you want a quality weekend dining experience, these folks deliver - they're a really capable group running the show.
The company has been doing great work in Florida lately. The new location is particularly excellent with their service and efficiency. I've noticed how well they handle impatient customers. There's a staff member who really stands out for her hospitality and warmth. But honestly, the whole crew there is top-notch. If you're looking for a really good weekend spot, check them out - the team running this place knows what they're doing.
My main complaint is about the service, specifically how my entree was presented. A staff member brought out my steak and practically dropped it on the plate like she had better things to do. When I asked where the potato was, she said it didn't come with one and asked if I'd ordered one separately. I said no, but I've traveled all over and never seen a steak plated with nothing else - no vegetables, no garnish, nothing. She got the waiter, but honestly, after working in restaurants myself, I can't understand how anyone serves meat on a bare plate. The presentation was lazy. I'd rather eat somewhere that puts effort into the plate.
Came in for my wife's birthday and it was a disaster. Her steak arrived overcooked and we waited 30 minutes for a replacement. I ordered the premium bone-in ribeye at $32 and got a thin cut that was mostly fat and gristle with no bone. Not what I paid for. When we told the manager, she basically just walked away without any apology or concern. We've been here before with mixed results, but nothing like this. Management really let us down. After eating barely anything, we left and made dinner at home. It's frustrating when a steakhouse can't get the basics right. We're not coming back.
Our waitress was friendly enough and smiled at everyone, but the experience fell apart in other ways. They were out of several items including beverages, sides, and entrees - said they were waiting on a delivery. I saw some things in the restroom that shouldn't have been there. The location in the area was disappointing overall. Definitely won't be back.
