This was horrible and honestly makes me wonder if this is some kind of scam. The problem is that packages need a signature. They told me it would get here on October 29th. It didn't show. Then they said it was running behind and would arrive October 30th between 10:20 and 2:20. Still nothing. I made sure someone was home both days to sign for it. I asked them to give me my money back. How are people supposed to sit around at home all day just waiting? And then the package doesn't even show up when they say it will. I will not order from Manos again. I'm pretty sure this is one of those foreign companies that just uses US addresses. That's the only time I see this kind of stuff happen.
We were really looking forward to ordering customized wine bottles to celebrate a big team championship win. We even told a bunch of friends about it because we were so excited.
