Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Verify that the code has not expired by checking the offer details on RetailCoupons.com before applying it.
- Confirm you have entered the code exactly as shown, including any capital letters or numbers, since codes are case-sensitive.
- Check whether the code applies only to specific product categories or minimum purchase amounts that your order may not meet.
- Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try applying the code again, as technical glitches sometimes prevent proper code recognition.
- Ensure you are not combining multiple coupon codes, as most retailers allow only one code per order.
- Contact Mary Maxim customer service if the code appears valid but still fails to apply during checkout.
Mary Maxim Savings Hacks
Check whether Mary Maxim allows combining a promotional code with existing sale prices or clearance items. Applying a percentage-off code to already-reduced products can maximize your total discount on bulk craft purchases.
Since shipping charges can be significant for heavy items like yarn and supplies, consolidating your purchases into fewer orders can reduce overall shipping expenses and make per-item costs more economical.
Retailers in the crafts category frequently send exclusive coupon codes to email subscribers. Adding yourself to Mary Maxim's mailing list may give you access to codes not advertised elsewhere.
RetailCoupons.com lists 20 active Mary Maxim offers, with many offering percentage discounts. Compare which code gives you the best savings on your specific items before applying.
Mary Maxim Shipping Policy
Shipping costs and policies vary based on order weight, destination, and the carrier selected at checkout. Review the shipping options presented during checkout to understand costs before finalizing your purchase. Contact Mary Maxim directly for specific information about expedited shipping, handling times, or any free shipping promotions.
Mary Maxim Returns & Refund Policy
Like most retailers, Mary Maxim likely maintains a standard return window for unused items in original condition. Review the store's return policy page or contact their customer service for details on timeframes, restocking fees, and whether shipping costs are refundable.

Mary Maxim Reviews
Mary Maxim shoppers are divided in their experiences. Satisfied customers praise the store's fair pricing and reliable shipping, with orders arriving within about a week even with standard shipping options. However, multiple reviewers report significant disappointment with product quality and customer service, citing issues such as mystery boxes arriving with limited and dull color selections that did not match website expectations, unresponsive customer service channels (including ignored contact form submissions and unhelpful auto-replies), and lack of shipping confirmation emails despite promised notifications.
The most serious complaints involve unresolved customer service failures, where shoppers report being dismissed when expressing dissatisfaction. The disparity between what is shown on the website and what arrives, combined with difficulty reaching support for help, has left some customers feeling undervalued and without recourse for their concerns.
I keep coming back to them for yarn purchases since there aren't many other shops near me. Their prices are really fair and hard to beat. I always go with standard shipping and my orders still show up in about a week, which is great.
Really let down by this company. I bought 2 mystery boxes and the website showed tons of beautiful color combinations. What showed up was incredibly dull with just 3 colors across both boxes - white, maroon, and beige. I called their customer service team and got told 'sorry you're disappointed but there's nothing we can do at this point.' Those were literally their exact words. Their customer service is awful and the company doesn't care about making things right. I was even thinking about signing up for a subscription with that order, so I'm grateful I didn't go through with it. Won't shop here again and would tell others to pass.
Terrible experience with how they handle customers. After waiting over 10 business days, I never got a shipping confirmation email even though their site says you will. I submitted a question through their website contact form and got nothing back. Then I tried emailing directly but only received an unhelpful auto-reply. When I reached out on Facebook, they didn't reply AND they removed my post. This was my first order and definitely my last. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
