We went to celebrate a 75th birthday with a party of six and had a really frustrating experience. We arrived at 2pm on a Sunday and were told it would be a 15 minute wait with a text notification when our table was ready. We decided to wait outside since the interior was packed, but we ended up waiting about half an hour. Then we were told just 5 more minutes. After waiting a full hour, we went back inside and the hostess seemed bothered by us. She claimed she'd called our name three times but never bothered to come outside to get us, even though she knew that's where we were waiting. She also never sent the text she promised. When we finally got seated, the food came out overcooked. The pork entree was nearly burned and came without the gravy we ordered, and the mashed potatoes were cold. Our server was wonderful and tried to make up for it, but we had to ask around for silverware that hadn't been cleaned. You really need to improve your host stand and kitchen management. This was a disappointing way to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately we won't be returning.
This Philly cheesesteak was the worst I've ever had. Trying to find the cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms in it was practically impossible. It was like searching for a needle in a haystack.
Really disappointed with the menu changes at the West Boca location. Service has been consistently slow, often taking over an hour to get our food. They discontinued the steak fajitas which was a huge mistake in my opinion. Now they only have chicken fajitas, which isn't the same at all.
First visit here and it definitely won't be the last! The burgers hit the spot, the staff treated us really well and got our order out quickly, and the prices felt fair compared to other places in the area.
