If you want quality nursery furniture from a company that stands behind what they sell, look elsewhere. We had our dresser shipment delayed and only got action after emailing them repeatedly. When it finally arrived with white glove service, there were tons of issues we spotted within a day: the drawer front was chipped, the soft-close drawers weren't working, drawers didn't line up properly with the unit, the inside of the drawers were unfinished, and no anti-tip safety kit came with it. We emailed Modern Nursery about these problems and they basically refused to own up to the quality issues and made it seem like we should have caught everything during delivery. They sent us some DIY videos to fix the drawer mechanism ourselves, which is not what white glove service means to me. We still have a chipped drawer and one that won't close right, plus we never got that anti-tip kit. We tried asking to speak with management by phone but got no response. We were hoping to support a small shop but the whole experience was disappointing.

The dresser we got delivered was really pretty, but the top drawer wouldn't slide all the way in. The customer service team was so quick to respond and super helpful! Even though we had some more delivery problems and damaged boxes along the way, they stayed in touch the whole time, kept checking in on how things were going, and made sure we got everything we needed for the nursery. This all took a few weeks of back and forth, but they handled it so well. Would absolutely buy from Modern Nursery again!

Babyletto said they'd send a complete replacement, but it wasn't available until late June and it was still late May. I explained that my due date was coming up on June 16 and asked if they could do anything to rush it. Iris called me back the very next day saying they'd found a recliner and were sending it out in 24 hours. The level of help, speed, and efficiency working with Iris and Modern Nursery blew me away. I absolutely recommend ordering any baby products through them, and if problems come up, they'll work hard to help you and your little one. Big thanks to Iris and Modern Nursery, you've got me for life!

After doing tons of research, I finally ordered the Babyletto Kiwi Glider from Modern Nursery. Shipping was quick and assembly was straightforward. They arranged for Babyletto to send a whole new glider, but it wasn't in stock until late June and it was only late May at that point. I mentioned my baby was due June 16 and asked if there was any way to speed things up. Iris surprised me the next day saying they managed to get a recliner and would ship it within 24 hours. I couldn't believe how fast, helpful, and efficient the whole thing was. If you need baby furniture and something goes wrong, Modern Nursery will do everything they can to make it right. Iris and the whole team won me over as a customer for life!

Really bad customer service experience here. We spent nearly $2,000 on the Spot on Square Roh crib and paid extra for white glove delivery. The crib showed up 3 weeks late, and when it finally got there, the delivery team broke the wood while putting it together. The replacement took weeks to arrive, and when it did, the delivery team just left the mattress on the ground level even though it's for a baby. They also didn't leave us with the equipment or tools we needed to raise the platform up. After going back and forth with customer service for weeks, they wouldn't even send someone to adjust the mattress platform on this heavy and expensive piece. I had to hire my own handyman because it's way harder to move than Modern Nursery's rep claimed. With over $2,200 spent at Modern Nursery, the whole thing was one frustration after another. Would've been better off buying through somewhere like Neiman Marcus or Maisonette instead. Not worth the headache or the money.

Modern Nursery is seriously the BEST, even for non-baby products. So many online stores sell baby stuff, but I stick with Modern Nursery because the service is fantastic and the prices are great too. They run sales pretty often and have a solid rewards program. Plus they don't charge me sales tax where I live, which is another win. I've also had really good experiences asking their team about new products or ordering other brands they carry, like when I got a king bed from them. You get real value and can actually talk to someone who can help. All my new mom friends get recommendations from me to shop there. I honestly can't say anything negative about Modern Nursery or any purchase I've made. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would! And for anyone complaining, just remember that manufacturers ship items directly, so sometimes manufacturer issues happen that Modern Nursery can't control.
