This is my third visit to the location in Walnut Creek and I keep coming back because the burgers are seriously some of the best in town, and their hot dogs are unbeatable. One employee in particular stands out for his exceptional work ethic. He always remembers my name, has a genuine smile, and never stops moving around the restaurant keeping everything clean and helping customers in and out. That kind of dedication makes all the difference.

Had a terrible experience at the Siegen Lane location. I ordered a small burger but ended up with a bacon burger loaded with extras instead. Got charged almost $9 for what should have been a basic small burger. When I tried to talk to the staff about the mix-up, they weren't helpful at all. Plus the food was greasy. Won't be returning.
