So I filed a complaint with the BBB in mid-November to give them another chance to make it right. By early December, still nothing from them. They claim to stand behind their warranty, but their complete radio silence on a foam failure that happened within the warranty window says everything you need to know. I won't be ordering from them again and I can't recommend this company to anyone else.
This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company. They made all these promises about shipping that turned out to be completely false.
