On top of that they threw in some bright fluorescent paints that didn't match anything and were just thin and awful. The canvas came all rolled up instead of in a tube, so it showed up creased and damaged. I asked for my money back three separate times and they ignored me. Eventually I sent photos of the damage and they just told me to iron it out, which didn't work. The paints themselves were streaky and low quality. When I insisted on a refund they said I'd have to pay to ship it back overseas which is super expensive, and only then they might consider it. I felt like that was unfair since they wouldn't admit their own stuff was bad quality, so I'd be stuck paying shipping and probably not getting refunded anyway. They refused to work with me.
