Bad experience overall. I ordered tires that showed as in stock, but two weeks later I got an email saying the order was cancelled and a new one was created instead. A week after that, still no tires, so I filed for a refund claiming it was processed. The problem is tracking these shipments is nearly impossible since they come from outside the UK. Got a message saying the tires were delivered the day after I requested the refund, but my fitter never received them. When I asked for delivery proof, the company couldn't provide a signed confirmation. Now they're telling me to check with neighbors even though their own tracking supposedly shows delivery to my fitter. This place isn't necessarily running an outright scam, but their customer service is just empty promises and they're perfectly fine taking your money and disappearing. Still waiting for resolution.

Called the courier and they wouldn't pick them up without payment. Got an email saying they'd collect them on a specific date and I'd get a refund if I provided proof, which would require me to take time off work. I explained I was self employed and could be home, but this whole situation is unacceptable.

They fail to mention that your order ships from overseas, and even though I paid for next-day service, I was told two days later that it would actually be 8 days. All you get when you call is an AI operator that can't help you find basic information about your refund. I paid over £1.2k and have gotten zero tires and zero response. This is daylight robbery.
