  2. Add whatever shoes, activewear, or accessories you need to your shopping cart.

  3. Select the cart icon, and look for the field labeled “Redeem Promo Code” in Order Summary.

  4. Enter your code to the provided box and hit “Apply”.

New Balance Return Policy (U.S.)

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, New Balance will accept returns of merchandise within 45 days of purchase. 

Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. Items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” cannot be returned. 

To return to a store:

  1. Find your closest store.

  2. Bring your items and packing slip or email order confirmation to the store. No need to repack your items.

  3. Receive your refund immediately. New Balance associates will take care of the rest.

To return online: You just need to print a label and ship your items back to New Balance. 

Online returns are free for members. Non-member returns may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
