Do not buy anything online from New Balance

Very disappointed with my experience with New Balance Canada. My package was delivered by UPS without a signature in front of my door (with a photo), right by the roadside, and was stolen before I could retrieve it. Despite filing a police report and taking several steps to resolve the issue, New Balance refuses any refund or replacement, relying solely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation. No secure delivery option was offered at the time of purchase. Customer service was unpleasant and blamed me entirely, saying I should have been home, which is unrealistic since I work during the day.

Terrible customer service where either…

Terrible customer service where either an agent or Ai provides conflicting delivery information advising you have rejected the delivery (going to a dropbox), you have your delivery, you cancelled your order.... just bonkers! UPS services they use are also shocking and never attempt delivery. I would never order from this website ever again. Awaiting a refund!!!

Case (#3333916) - Defective item after few use on order Order #: NK06990844.New balance offered 50% refund argueing that its more wesr and tear than defect for a shoe worn by a kid for less than 3 times and within 1 month. No dine has been return, emails ignored, calls with broken promisese and each time I see this football boat that gave way in less than 3 wears, I am sad and I feel I have just been scamed by new balance even in an advanced country like the UK.The bank is not helpful either as new balance only keeps answering its a genuine transaction.Kingsley Edinburgh UK

worst customer sservice!!!!

I love new balance shoes! BUT the customer service SUCKS! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes for my mom that didnt fit. I submitted a return and sent them back. They sent me an email stating that they received my return. 15-*days later, they STILL have not credited my refund. it seems criminal that they keep customers money for so long. how much money are they making via thier investments, using and holding customers money???

Pathetic company

Pathetic company. Sent me the wrong item, refused to refund me. They ‘organised’ for it to be picked up from my house. Twice I waited at home all day and no-one showed up yet they’re still refusing a refund. Absolutely disgraceful.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, after repeatedly contacting customer service for a resolution when my parcel was delivered but left on the door step when no one was home I still have no trainers for my daughters birthday. I keep being informed that my delivery was made to the correct address which I am not disputing but the parcel was left in clear sight on my door step and when I arrived home the parcel was no longer there. I think it is absolutely disgusting that they think this is service ok and to continue to reply saying the parcel was delivered to the correct address.

I have been using NB for some time

I have been using NB for some time, I’m a regular marathon runner. I bought a new pair on NB 860 V14. Sadly they failed after 100_km causing my a significant injury, I contacted NB who said “we understand it’s frustrating but we are not willing to help” and then shut off completely. I might take them to small claims court more to inconvenience them than anything else. I’ll move back to running in Brooks and would recommend anyone reading this do the same (if not Brooks then just anyone but NB)

New Balance 740 Unisex black

i've been using these New Blance 740 trainers for about a month now, and overall i'm very happy with them. They are extramely lightweight and comfortable, even when worn for long periods. The fit is great and they feel supportive, making them perfect for evryday use and lots of walking.The only downside i've noticed is that they're ideal for rainy weather, the upper material absorbs water quiet quickly.

Poor quality

Bought a pair of trainers and within 2 weeks, they started to wear. As thought from a high street store, they were refused return. Trainers over £100 should last longer than a matter of weeks.
