Bought a recliner a couple weeks back and it just dropped $200 in price. They won't adjust the price and want me to send it back and pay nearly $180 in shipping both ways, which makes no sense. It's still sitting in its box too. My husband loves it so I'm keeping it, but if he didn't I'd return it and never shop here.

Ordered a jersey in mid-December as a gift for my daughter, knowing it might not make Christmas. It's now late January and still nothing. Never ordering from this place again.

Had some trouble returning a jacket I bought, but the company saw my complaint and made it right, then went even further to make up for it.

I've ordered from NFL shop several times and delivery keeps getting pushed back. Just got my recent order 3 days late. Ordered three hats and they basically crushed them into a tiny box. One hat wasn't even in a bag, another one got squished with a permanent dent in the front, and the third hat's bill got totally messed up from being packed so tight. I'm over it. Not coming back here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a jersey on November 29 and paid extra for 3-day delivery. It's December 9 and I have nothing. Can't reach customer service or the delivery company. Don't order from here.

Ordered a jersey September 11 expecting mid-October arrival. It's now December 8 and hasn't even shipped. Communication is terrible too, they keep giving new dates that never happen, stringing me along with false promises.

Worst experience ever. They sent me the wrong jersey and then said I couldn't return it. When I finally got a return approved, it took over a month just to get my money back.

Awful company. Ordered 3 jerseys and they keep claiming they shipped them but the carrier never got them. Customer service just tells me to wait, but they're never showing up. Feel completely ripped off since these weren't cheap. Then they have the nerve to email me a 20% off coupon like I'd ever buy from them again. This place is a scam and people need to know before they waste their money here.

I've unsubscribed from their mailing list multiple times but they keep sending emails anyway, which seems like it breaks the rules.

This place won't do exchanges. If something doesn't fit right, you have to return it and pay shipping. Then buy the correct size separate, which means you lose the discount. Going to shop at other retailers instead.

Bought a hoodie for Christmas but they shipped me one with the wrong team on it. Called customer service and after forever on the phone they said January 7 was the earliest they could get the right one to me. Couldn't even rush it. But then out of nowhere I got an email saying they fixed it and it would arrive before Christmas after all. Props to them for stepping up and making it right in the end.

Tuesday evening I opened my package expecting 14 photos for an event happening Friday and found only 1 inside. Got transferred to Cristin and she really listened and understood how urgent it was. She couldn't guarantee anything but worked on it nonstop, sending updates every step of the way. By Wednesday I had the rest of my photos in hand. She stayed on top of everything until I actually had the package. Because of her effort and care, a kids event turned out way better than it could have. So grateful for how seriously she took this!

Needed to swap out an order so I called up and got Tyler on the line. This guy really bent over backwards to help me out and was so friendly and professional about it. He's a huge plus for your company. Thanks again Tyler for being so helpful and caring. Not many places have that anymore.

My helmet came in before the holidays but the logo sticker wasn't applied right. I reached out and Shakira took care of it right away. Had a brand new helmet at my door before Christmas. Really appreciated having an actual person helping me every step of the way until it was fixed. Thanks for standing behind what you sell.
