Turns out the sizing guide on their website was misleading, which they only corrected after I'd already paid. I asked for correctly sized replacements, but was turned down. When I requested to send them back, that was denied too, and they insulted me by offering just a 1% discount on something that was completely their error. After spending two weeks going back and forth with no resolution, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from this operation.
