Delivery took about 2 months but that was partly FedEx losing it or customs issues. Remember it's an e-bike so most shippers won't touch it. FedEx is basically the only option in North America and they're not great at it. When it arrived, FedEx banged up the front fork and wheel but Brooke got me all the replacement parts super quick. They even refunded my expenses.
