Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have expired, so check the offer details on RetailCoupons.com to confirm it is still active.
- Some codes apply only to specific products or categories, so ensure your items are eligible for the discount.
- Coupon codes are often case-sensitive, so enter it exactly as shown, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
- If you have already applied a different promotion, the site may not allow multiple discounts to stack on a single order.
- Certain codes may require a minimum purchase amount, so review the terms to confirm your order meets any thresholds.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try entering the code again, as technical issues sometimes prevent proper application.
Oculus Savings Hacks
New Oculus customers often qualify for welcome discounts on their initial purchase. Check if you are eligible for a first-order promotion before applying other codes, as it may provide better savings.
VR equipment discounts tend to increase during major retail events and holidays. Monitor RetailCoupons.com regularly to catch limited-time promotions that coincide with these periods.
Individual games and applications sometimes have their own dedicated discounts separate from hardware offers. Search RetailCoupons.com for deals on the specific apps you want before buying full-price.
Read customer reviews on RetailCoupons.com to learn whether reported codes worked recently, as this helps you avoid expired or malfunctioning promotions.

Oculus Reviews
Oculus shoppers are deeply divided, with roughly equal proportions rating the company five stars and one star. Those with positive experiences praise their overall satisfaction with the products and service, though some note concerns about pricing competitiveness. However, a substantial portion of reviewers report serious technical failures, including battery problems, persistent crashes, graphics glitches, and audio issues that develop within months of purchase. Warranty coverage appears inconsistent or unavailable for international purchases, and customer support emerges as a significant pain point. Shoppers describe frustratingly slow email-based support without direct phone access, lengthy troubleshooting cycles spanning over a year, refurbished replacement units that fail quality standards, and intrusive account verification processes requiring personal financial information.
Got a Quest 3 for my son's birthday while visiting family in America, and we took it back to the UK with us after the trip. Less than a year later, the battery started having major problems. It wouldn't charge properly, would drain while plugged in, wouldn't reach full charge, stuff like that. Should've been covered under warranty, but when I called their support team, they said they wouldn't honor it because the device wasn't purchased in the same country we were using it in. Then they basically brushed it off and offered us a measly £25 store credit. Total scam.
Out of nowhere after having your headset for almost a year, they'll demand you verify who you are. You're asked to submit your driver's license photo, share your birthday, provide personal details, and give them your debit card info so they can charge it a dollar to confirm your identity. When something goes wrong during this process, the only option is emailing support, which they barely respond to and their replies don't actually solve anything. They claim they need identity verification because they have to protect kids under 13, but it really feels like they're just making sure they can steal your information legally instead of actually stopping it. Pretty shady operation.
Nothing functions. Constant crashes throughout the day, tutorials required just to get it running with your computer, and don't even get me started on the hardware side. No audio, graphics glitches, software that's overly complex and confusing in all the wrong ways.
Their customer support is absolutely terrible. You can't get an actual phone number to talk to someone, so you're stuck emailing back and forth for months. They don't seem to understand what you're telling them through email and keep insisting everything is fine when you're clearly having major problems. We can't even log in or use our Oculus at all but they keep going in circles and refusing to give us a phone number. We've got a decent amount of money loaded onto this account that's now frozen and the equipment has just been sitting here useless for months. Huge waste of money.
Been dealing with this for over a year trying to get a Quest 2 that actually works. My original device failed, and since then I've been stuck in a cycle of broken replacements. When they send you a replacement, it's refurbished which basically means used and patched up. The problem is these refurbished units consistently fail quality checks. Mine arrived with display problems, scratches, dirt, and other defects. I've gone through multiple replacements and every single one had the same display issues. Getting help from their support team is nearly impossible. They ignore emails and occasionally send a message saying they're looking into it. All I want is a simple refund so I can move on from this whole mess and forget about this company.
I'm confused about all the negative reviews I keep seeing. My experience has been nothing but positive, but I do think their prices are too high. Eventually they're going to lose customers to other competitors if they don't bring costs down. Other than that though, I'm really satisfied with everything.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews out there. My experience has been pretty solid overall. The software and hardware have both been solid for me. The one thing I'd say though is they really need to drop their prices at some point, otherwise other competitors in the VR space are going to take over. But honestly can't complain about what I've got. Everything's working great for me.
My son's left controller broke after he smacked them together during an intense game session. We bought a replacement through the official site with a delivery date of mid May. Seemed fine until five minutes after the purchase I got an email saying the order was cancelled. Problem is they already pulled the money from my account. Now they're telling me the payment amount was zero even though I have proof of the charge. Different support people keep emailing with contradictory stories, one saying no payment was made and another admitting their error but asking for more documentation before refunding. I'm going to contact my bank and report this as fraud. I'm getting my money back but I'm never buying from this company again. When this headset finally dies my son is getting any other gaming system but not an Oculus. Completely incompetent company.
Good luck if you need your VR repaired. The support staff at Meta seem incompetent and should probably be let go or get some real training. They ask the same questions repeatedly but never actually solve your problem. My Quest 2 has battery issues that need fixing and they won't even let me submit a repair request even though their website says returns are possible. It's been a nightmare.
After a few weeks of use, the picture on my Oculus got really blurry. I sent it back under warranty to Meta almost two months ago. Now I only get updates when I chase them down, and all they say is we're having stock issues, be patient. I pointed out that they have new devices available so why can't they send one back and nothing changed. Absolutely terrible company with even worse customer service. This needs to be reported to consumer protection agencies.
I made this account just to post this review. I sent in a controller for warranty work over a month ago. They got it back from me but there's been zero communication since. Every time I try reaching out I just hear the same thing: we're waiting to hear from the logistics team. I've dealt with plenty of bad customer service before, but this is hands down the worst. I honestly wish I'd just returned the controller to the store instead.
Had trouble with my internet connection and the headset wouldn't pair. There's a code you're supposed to enter but I couldn't figure out where to input it in the app.
First week was fine then things fell apart. Got randomly signed out and when I tried logging back in with my parents' Facebook account it just threw an error. Went to support and they told me I needed to set up a Meta account instead, but it kept asking for Facebook and never worked. A few days later I try again and now it's saying my Meta account is being deleted so I can't do anything. Don't bother with this thing, it's garbage and support is completely useless.
Oculus support is usually pretty hit or miss, but I had the luck of getting Miguel M on my case and he was exceptional. He actually helped me solve an issue that had kept me from being able to play VR for like half a year. Huge credit to him.
