Called the local branch to get an office chair and they told me to buy it online instead. A week goes by and a TV stand shows up that I didn't order at all. The store won't accept the wrong item and says I have to call customer service to arrange a pickup. After a week, multiple emails, and trying to set up a return, I still have this thing and find out my chair order got cancelled. My business will never shop here again. This whole thing was a huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating.

Their online inventory system is completely unreliable. Went to a store location looking for label refills and the shelf was bare, but the site showed it was on sale. Needed them for work so I ordered online for store pickup that evening. Website confirmed it would be ready within an hour or by the next morning. The store opened the next day and didn't email me until late morning saying they couldn't fulfill it. I had to scramble to find these items elsewhere from another company. If you want customers in your stores, you have to keep your inventory data current and communicate better. Right now it's not happening.

Ordered something online and it got delivered to the wrong address. There's basically no way to contact customer service or the delivery company. Every time I try calling during their posted hours, it says no one's available. I've been calling for hours with no help. This company is a total scam.

Had to return an HP printer at my local store and the Print Supervisor there was amazing. She got me through the whole process fast and made it feel easy and stress-free. Really went above and beyond with the customer service approach. Fantastic work!

The service here was terrible. I needed to fax two important documents and got basically nothing in terms of help. The staff member made excuses about being understaffed and wasn't helpful or friendly about it at all. Why work in customer service with that kind of attitude? Plus the fax machines never seem to work right - only one of the two was functioning when I was there. Left feeling really let down. These folks are the only option in my area and they take advantage of that.

This place needs to shut down. You're supposed to be a copy and print business but can't even handle a simple 5-copy order when someone walks in. Nobody even looks up when you're right there waiting for service. This is unacceptable. The business has completely fallen apart.

Ordered paper and crayons online and the package showed up three days late. When I opened it up, the paper ream was torn open with crayons scattered everywhere, waxy marks all over everything, and busted crayons in the mix. They told me their policy is to make me return the damaged items and wait 5-10 days for a refund while I fork out cash for a replacement order myself. Where's the customer service in that? They should be sending me new stuff right away since I didn't pack it wrong. This is completely unacceptable!

Make sure to check what Officemax charges online before you shop in their stores. They'll match their website prices, but only if you already know to ask. Bought Epson ink cartridges and noticed the in-store price was way off. What cost $16.99 online was $22.99 in the store. Six dollars more per cartridge! They should be telling you about price matching, not making you figure it out. Feels like a scam.

It's a mixed bag for me. I end up at Office Depot whenever I need something for the office or supplies, but honestly I kind of regret it after because their prices are so high and I could've gotten the same thing on Amazon for way less.

Don't rely on this company. I placed an order and got a confirmation right on the screen. It never sent me a confirmation email though. When I contacted them about it, they said the order wasn't even in their system. But my credit card shows the charge! Definitely wouldn't trust them again.

You can still find these stores in bigger areas. Yeah, their prices run a bit higher compared to places like Walmart, Staples, or Target, but they do put out clearance items up front that can be solid deals. Found myself a really nice office desk for $90 that originally cost way more than $400. It had some minor scuffs, but nothing a pen couldn't touch up, and it was definitely a great bargain.

This is my second awful experience with them in a year. They push you to place orders claiming you'll have it the next day. Both times they completely let me down. They even claimed they showed up at my place but I wasn't there, when the package never came. Next day delivery? Total lie. In both situations it took way longer than promised. They're unreliable and I'd stay away.

Stay away from this company! Getting invoices for stuff that was never ordered. The business claims to be in one location but uses banking services in another country, and wants payment in a foreign currency. Looked up the products they're billing for and they don't even exist on the site. Really sketchy operation!
