Oh Polly’s online shoppers have 30 days to return an order for a refund or exchange, and up to 45 days to receive store credit.
For those buying in-store, Oh Polly allows returns within 30 days for store credit only. Please note that in-store purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Yes, returned items will have the earned points deducted from your account. For example, if you gained 100 points from a purchase and later return it, those 100 points will be removed.
