Waste of money. Dropped a lot of cash on what was supposed to be a powerful flashlight but the dimmer keeps activating on its own and ruins the function. Sent 8 different emails to support and they just keep giving me the runaround. This brand isn't worth your time. They even sent me troubleshooting steps in Chinese. Skip this entirely!

Spent over three hundred dollars on an order and paid extra for insured expedited shipping. Got a delivery notification email so I waited around all day, but nothing showed up. Called Olight and basically got told it wasn't their problem and to contact the courier instead, which doesn't make sense since that's their responsibility. Out three hundred bucks, no flashlight, and zero accountability on their end. Seriously just go shop somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation. These people just want your cash and once they have it they wash their hands of you. Completely unprofessional and totally lacking in integrity.

I picked something out and they offered me a free bonus item, but I couldn't get past checkout. Good luck getting in touch with an actual person - your only option is an online chat. Honestly, I think this company is all marketing hype with no real substance behind it.

Amazing support experience! I bought a head torch about a year ago and loved it, but the battery started dying quickly. I emailed Olight asking about replacing the battery. They explained it's sealed and non-replaceable. After asking for specifics about my model, they told me it wasn't sold anymore. The support person then checked and found my unit was still covered under warranty. They let me pick a replacement item of equal value. THIS is what real customer service looks like! I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. Olight got themselves a loyal customer. Great job!

Do not order from Olight. Their warranty is basically worthless and customer support is nowhere to be found. I'll never buy from them again and that's disappointing because the actual product is pretty good. Lifetime warranty is a joke.

Saw their ad and decided to visit the site. What a mess. Navigating around is frustrating and nothing works the way it should. Plus, their knife selection isn't compliant with UK laws anyway. I'm going elsewhere for my purchases.

Received a refurbished unit that didn't perform as promised. The brightness was way below spec and parts didn't fit right. When I complained about it in their community group they blocked me immediately. Steer clear of this outfit.

Olight exceeded my expectations when my S2R BATON II broke down. I contacted them and got a quick reply. We worked through it together and despite some of my own mistakes, they sent me a brand new replacement unit. The support person was patient and understanding the whole time.

Had a great experience with Olight! My S2R BATON II eventually stopped working, but when I reached out to them they replied super fast. After some back and forth to figure things out, they replaced it completely even though some of the issue was on my side. Their rep was really patient and helpful throughout.

It's basically just a standard LED flashlight. LED technology is old news at this point and this product is no brighter than basic units you can grab online for twelve bucks. Way too expensive for what you get. Not worth it.

Clicked on their promotional offer and checked the site. Terrible experience. Everything is hard to find and constantly glitches. Their knife catalog doesn't meet UK requirements anyway. Going to find another vendor.

This website has serious design problems. For starters, PayPal checkout doesn't work - it freezes and auto-cancels your order once the timer runs out. My card got temporarily charged but refunded when the transaction failed. I went ahead and placed a second order using a direct card payment and I'm crossing my fingers it actually shows up. I do like their flashlight products, actually have purchased some decent ones from other retailers before.

Total garbage quality and shipping takes forever. Go anywhere else for your flashlight needs.
