Massive disappointment with this purchase and how they handled it. I ordered a Linden Scalloped Rattan Wall Mirror based on the website pictures, which showed a completely woven rattan frame. What showed up was totally different - it has a flimsy metal trim with barely any rattan on it. The photos don't match reality at all. I reached out to customer service immediately when it arrived and sent pictures like they asked. A week later, they called it a "Customer Preference Return" and wanted to stick me with a 15% restocking charge plus I'd lose my shipping money. That's not a preference thing - the mirror straight up doesn't look like what's pictured online. When I asked them to reconsider, they just said no with a generic message about it meeting their standards. Their standards apparently allow selling a metal-bordered mirror as a rattan one. I've already filed a dispute with my credit card company. Skip shopping here unless you're okay getting something completely different from the photos and then getting charged for sending it back.
