Fortunately Onnit replaced it when I called to complain, but I was still upset. The second order had even more problems with multiple delivery exceptions and Fedex damaged the barcode multiple times. Finally got the replacement but the driver basically lobbed it over my fence. Even worse, the packaging was super thin with barely any protection, so the handle could have gotten crushed easily. The bell made it through with just minor scratches thankfully. Honestly they need to stop using Fedex and go with UPS because this whole saga was a complete disaster.

I think they should ditch Fedex and switch to UPS because this whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

A company that emphasizes optimization should probably start with their own warehouse and shipping process. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I ordered a steel mace and the payment went through no problem. Couple days later I requested tracking info and got it, but the number wouldn't work on the carrier's site. I figured it probably just hadn't shipped yet so the tracking wasn't live. A week passes and still nothing. Contacted them again and after waiting two days got a response saying it had shipped. Then for the next two weeks I'm going back and forth with customer service only to finally hear they were out of stock. So I reorder when it comes back in. I use a coupon code the associate provided but it doesn't even work. At this point I'm just shaking my head at how poorly this operation runs. I'd be cautious ordering here. Some of their other products have been okay but their shipping and logistics are just a mess.
