Don't use this company. One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I cancelled my booking because the insurance options weren't great and I wasn't satisfied with what they offered. They promised a full refund but that's not what happened. Instead they charged me €87.37 for cancellation fees while calling it a free cancellation option.

Worst experience I've ever had with a travel company. Bought a flight through them nine months ago that got cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund. Spent hours on hold making call after call trying to chase them down. The airline confirmed they sent the refund three months back but Opodo keeps saying they never got it. Something fishy is going on here because apparently they booked it using random info like a fake user name, an address in France even though I'm in the UK, and an email under a different person's name. Nine months later and no refund, plus nobody at the company will actually talk to you. This is unacceptable and I'm looking into other ways to get this resolved.

When I reached out through their chat support, they basically sent me away and told me to call instead. The phone lines had me waiting forever, and it seemed like they were intentionally making things difficult. They even tried pushing other services on me in a way that felt off. Not cool when you're asking to cancel and get your money back urgently. I demanded the membership be dropped right away with a full refund. The whole thing left me feeling misled and frustrated.

We cancelled in November and we're still waiting for our money back. Called them tons of times after getting proof that the airline already refunded them in December. March rolled around and they emailed saying it'd be on our card in five to seven days. Called again today and got told Opodo never got the full refund from the airline and is trying to collect from them. That story doesn't add up. Only after pushing back did they promise forty-eight hours. Ridiculous on top of everything else: their phone wait times are brutal, costing people outside Europe a fortune. Plus some of their agents have pretty weak English and don't seem to know much about their own policies. Bottom line: Opodo Prime looks like a scheme and isn't worth what they're asking.
