Party City Return Policy for Online Orders 

Unless you are satisfied with your purchase, Party City will accept returns for orders placed on Party CIty within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can email the Customer Care team at [email protected] to request a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: 

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Returns are only accepted for online orders made through PartyCity.com.

• Party City does not accept returns in stores for online purchases. In-store returns are at the sole discretion of each store and may not be honored.

Exceptions: 

• Seasonal merchandise (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Easter) must be returned at least 7 days prior to the holiday in new condition and original packaging.
