I'd give PayRange zero stars if that option existed. I was stuck without clean laundry for more than a weekend. I loaded up the machine in the laundry room, added the detergent, and went back upstairs. The app just wouldn't work. Maintenance came by a week later and figured out the problem was actually the app itself, not anything I did. Now here I am three weeks later still unable to wash because the app won't let me update my payment information. Plus there were two times I accidentally pressed the wrong button and charged myself for the wrong load. Ever since PayRange got installed, this has been an ongoing headache.
Watch out with this company: they make you add money upfront, and they're not going to give it back to you if something goes wrong.

Avoid this company at all costs. When their equipment fails and you try to get help, they show they don't care. They already have your money and leave you hanging. I called like ten times and sometimes they'd call back three or four days later from unknown numbers. When I tried emailing, the emails would bounce back undeliverable. You'll have much better luck looking elsewhere.
Scam alert! I was staying at a hotel in Utah and needed to wash some clothes. I followed the instructions and loaded fifteen dollars onto the app with my credit card. The QR code scanner wouldn't work no matter what I tried. The maintenance person came down and couldn't get it working either. I went to the front desk and got twelve dollars in quarters instead. I tried asking for a refund three different times and got nothing from PayRange. The hotel told me there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the trouble and use a different system.
