Don't buy from this place. Complete scam. I ordered two pairs of shoes that I never received, even weeks later. The only contact email you get doesn't respond. There's no phone number to call. The whole thing is fraudulent and sketchy. You'd have to give this company way more than a negative 10 star rating if you could.

These small scented candles in the 4-pack come with wicks that are way too short. They burn out on their own after about an hour once the wax melts down.

They also process payments through an overseas payment system, so if you're not using a specific type of bank account, you'll end up paying extra foreign transaction charges on top of your purchase. Still not the worst part though. Your order probably won't show up, and when it doesn't, you have to email some random account to try getting your money back. Definitely a scam.

Terrible customer service combined with awful return procedures. They shipped me a damaged product and it took over twenty back and forth messages, plus having to threaten a fraud complaint, just to get them to send a return label. Even after all that, the problem is still unresolved months later.

If you're not planning on sending anything back, maybe you'll be fine. But this company clearly just bought the Pier1 name and doesn't know what they're doing. I tried to return something and didn't hear back for almost two weeks. When they finally reached out, they told me returns had to happen within 30 days of my purchase date, which by that point had already passed.

I absolutely adore shopping with them! I've been a customer for a long time and they've furnished most of my home. The stuff is really nice quality and the team is always so friendly and helpful whenever I need something. I reached out to them a couple weeks back about getting a replacement part for my Swingasan Chair that I lost. They got back to me the very next day, and it was even a Sunday! They told me they'd send the part for free and I had it in my hands within 48 hours. This company went above and beyond and didn't have to do that at all. They could have charged me but they didn't. I'm definitely staying loyal to them!
