I would give zero stars if I could! I sent in my documentation three separate times over more than two weeks to show I run an established wellness center since 2016, but nothing happened. My EIN and sales tax license were both clearly visible in what I uploaded. Got no support and the customer service was really unhelpful. I'm going back to my other wholesale suppliers. Total waste of time for me!

You might get lucky receiving your order, but don't count on it! My order was supposed to arrive in 5 business days but it's been way longer than that now. They shipped it via regular mail which is painfully slow. No clue when this will actually show up at my door!

Plant Therapy sends me way too many emails. That said, I really like what they're selling and will keep ordering from them. The problem is I get emails from them constantly, every single day, and I wish they'd cut back. I don't have the bandwidth to answer all their survey requests. I just want to be able to place my orders in peace without this constant email barrage!

Plant therapy seems great, and I liked it enough to sign up for their emails. That was a mistake though. I didn't realize they'd send something every single day. Since last summer I've gotten roughly 90 messages from them. My inbox is completely overwhelmed and I don't have time to deal with this constant flood of promotional content. Why do companies think filling up people's email is okay?

I've been ordering from Plant Therapy for 2 years and spent close to two grand with them. There have been shipping problems previously and although the reps are friendly, they don't actually resolve things. You end up calling multiple times to get answers. What made me quit was an order placed on May 30th. When my CBD oil arrived, about a third was missing because it had spilled everywhere, including on another product. It came in a paper mailer with zero padding or protection. I sent 2 emails and called 2 times. First I reached out and spoke with someone who said a replacement was coming but didn't address the damaged item. After waiting another week I called again and was told they hadn't gotten my messages and nothing was showing as shipped, yet they said they'd send one. They told me not to bother returning the damaged bottle. Two weeks later and still nothing. That's an expensive product to lose completely. I'm done with Plant Therapy now.
