Update: Everything's good now! They got in touch this morning and cleared everything up. Turns out the issue was already fixed, they just didn't let me know about it. Big thanks to Laurie for calling and getting this sorted. Original situation: I bought a Solar Shower 300 based on what a staff member told me on the phone after I described my preformed pond's size. They said the 200 wasn't available but the 300 would work. When I set it up, water shot out 15 centimeters past the edges. I emailed back and forth with a sales person who basically blamed me, even though I'd followed their recommendation. I asked for a refund and got nothing but silence. Wasn't going to suggest them to anyone. Really glad this got worked out though.
