Purchased a Spark Neo about a week ago and have been completely frustrated trying to get it operational. The device requires a firmware update through a computer, which seems straightforward enough. Unfortunately, I'm on a Mac and the firmware won't install due to what appears to be a software bug. Now I'm stuck with a non-functional unit. On top of that, I'm unable to register the device to my account, so I can't even open a support ticket or arrange a return. I'm located in Europe and finding customer support or processing an online return has been nearly impossible, which should be straightforward for an online purchase. I've reached out hoping this feedback gets their attention and they'll help me resolve this, since normal support channels aren't working. I own other products from this company that have been solid, but this one is a real letdown, and their customer support seems essentially unavailable.

Really let down by my order. I purchased the Spark 2 bundle that included the battery and a carrying bag. When my package showed up today, the bag was missing from the box. The tape sealing the box looked loose and didn't adhere properly. I've sent a message to check if it was shipped separately, but based on my order confirmation everything should have arrived together. Very frustrated with this situation.

The Spark Go worked great initially, and the added Hendrix features were excellent. Everything changed once I upgraded to a new phone. Now I'm dealing with a mess of problems. Only some of the Hendrix content is showing up, the app keeps logging me out even though I'm signed in, and it rejects my password. Password reset emails never arrive. Somehow I'm getting tons of marketing messages though. Support told me I don't have an account and won't respond to my requests. Really disappointing how things turned out.

Bought the amp and immediately wanted to download the app, which was supposed to be available right away after purchase. I was shocked that the desktop app doesn't exist, which seems odd for a software company. I tried canceling right away but email is the only way to reach them. I got a robotic response asking me to send photos of damaged items, even though nothing had shipped yet. After sending multiple follow-up emails, they finally said the order had already shipped and I'd need to refuse delivery. A day later I got a shipping notice, but only for the footboard. More emails back and forth and they claimed both items shipped, telling me to reject the amp when it arrives. The amp showed up two days after that. This company's customer service was absolutely terrible. Still working on getting my refund and I'd definitely tell others to stay away.

Promised a lot but really falls short in execution. The amp itself seems well made and the factory sounds are pretty solid for a compact unit. The real issue is that the app crashes constantly, whether you're trying to access ToneCloud or just adjusting your settings. If you're expecting to easily download and customize tones like they advertise, you're probably going to be let down. Right now the whole thing feels half-baked and unreliable. They really need to invest in a better software team to deliver on what they're promoting. Looking into getting my money back.

Could they let me give less than 1 star?! I almost never purchase clothing from online retailers, and after this experience I remember exactly why. I checked out some reviews beforehand and now I'm questioning whether those review sites can be trusted at all. What arrived at my door is absolutely ridiculous. The four men's shirts I ordered look nothing like the photos shown on the site. I'm not even going to waste energy describing how bad they actually are. How does a site get so many glowing reviews when they're sending out garbage like this? This whole operation seems like a scam. I'm not bothering to contact them either because honestly life's too short to deal with this level of incompetence.

Great piece of gear, pricing is fair, and they got it to me quickly. Not much else to add, just solid all around.

My Spark Mini showed up in good condition. They communicated clearly that the extra grille would ship separately and it arrived when promised. I went with the red grille and it looks fantastic on the unit. The amp feels solid, is incredibly compact and easy to take anywhere, and works perfectly for someone just starting out like me. The battery lasts a good while on a USB charge. I spent some time getting used to the app and those virtual pedals, but once I figured it out it's fantastic. Now I just need to get my playing skills up to match this gear.

This has to be the best overall package when it comes to sound, ease of use, and tone shaping options whether you're on PC, Mac, or iOS. The iOS version is especially impressive since it has the same features and interface as the desktop versions. The software design is really thoughtfully done.
