This company has been wonderful, especially Severine and Harnick when I had some unusual questions about how I'd be using the scooter. I'm retired with a knee injury but my spaniel still needs her daily off-lead walks, so I got a Pure scooter to keep up with her while resting my knee. We use it on a local paved path where she can explore safely. A scooter with small wheels is much safer for her than a bike with big wheels. I even asked about a front mudguard that wraps around more for extra protection and they took my suggestion to their engineering team. It's great that they actually listen to what customers need. The scooter itself is really high quality and well-designed. I'm glad I picked Pure over some random brand that might disappear in a few months.
