Went to the location in the Gastonia area Friday evening around 6 and had several problems. They were already out of shrimp, guacamole, and sweet tea before the dinner rush even really started, which is unacceptable. The restaurant wasn't clean either; I had to check multiple tables before finding one that was acceptable. There was also trash overflowing from the bins. The food came out lukewarm instead of hot. They also charged me almost three dollars just for a cup of water. For those prices, you might as well go to a real Mexican restaurant where you get table service with actual dishes and don't pay for chips, salsa, and water. I'm struggling to understand the appeal. I also tried contacting them through their website to discuss this, but never got a response.

Really frustrated with Qdoba's mini bowl portions. We got barely a scoop of meat and rice, which isn't acceptable. The chips situation is odd too because they're included with regular bowls but you have to pay separately for mini bowls. And I keep asking for Queso sauce on my bowl but don't receive it.

Qdoba really needs to reconsider their mini bowl policy. The portions of meat and rice are way too small, barely even one scoop. Plus, chips aren't included with mini bowls unless you pay extra, which doesn't make sense when regular bowls come with them. I've also noticed that when I request Queso sauce, it doesn't always get added to my order.

I need to share my concerns about the Qdoba location near the university. While the staff did wear gloves, I observed multiple workers, including someone who appeared to be a manager, touching receipts, refrigerator handles, containers of vegetables and meats, and touching countertops before handling food. This is really concerning from a food safety perspective. I asked one worker to change his gloves before making my order, which he did immediately. However, a manager then inserted herself into the conversation saying that wearing gloves is sufficient, even though she wasn't present to see what I witnessed. After that manager put on gloves, I saw her also touching non-food surfaces. Additionally, I noticed her long dreadlocks weren't covered with a hair net, which seems like a basic requirement when working with food preparation.

Qdoba absolutely changed everything for me. Can't thank you enough. You're seriously the best!

Tried to get a burrito but it came out cold and nobody would warm it up properly. The staff was rude about it too. Not coming back. I'll make sure others know about their cold food issues and their refusal to properly heat items unless it's something like a quesadilla.

Don't waste your money here. This place is gross. Go to Chipotle instead. I found gnats in my food.

This was my first visit to this location and I'm disappointed. I ordered a taco bowl salad and found it to be pretty bad overall. The beans were mushy and had no flavor, and the guacamole tasted bland. The bowl itself seemed stale. I only managed to eat about a quarter of it before throwing the rest away. The brisket was particularly bad too, cold and tough. Very disappointing.

I usually love coming here and visit regularly, but today I had an awful interaction with an employee. I was sitting outside with my children and was told to leave even though we were customers. The staff member threatened to involve police. When I pointed out that I'm a regular who spends money there, the response was that it didn't matter. I won't be coming back.

The food portions have been way too small the last three times I've been here. Every time I ask why they're so small, I get attitude about it. They say I can add more vegetables, but that's it for the rice, beans, and meat. As the customer, I should get a fair amount of food for the money I'm spending, especially when I'm paying thirty-six to fifty dollars. I'm definitely going to look for other places to eat.

I'm not sure if I mistakenly ordered a smaller size, but the manager at the Collegeville spot seems to think tiny portions are okay. For over twelve dollars, I received barely a quarter scoop of rice in a mostly empty bowl. I could see the bottom of the container. He apparently does this regularly and I'm frustrated. This deserves zero stars. Unacceptable.

Not sure if I somehow ordered a kids size or what, but the manager at the Collegeville location is really pushing it with these portions. For almost thirteen dollars, I got a quarter scoop of rice and barely anything else. I could literally see the bottom of the bowl because there was so little food. This same manager does this constantly and I'm done with it. If the rating system allowed negative stars, I'd use them. This is ridiculous.

Colton did a fantastic job! He really knew his stuff about all the menu options and his recommendations were spot on. We loved everything he suggested.
