The second time around they offered ten bucks back on a bottle that cost seventy-five dollars and was completely wrong. I've made it clear I'm posting honest feedback everywhere I can, but they don't seem bothered. Their social media pages are filled with negative comments from other customers too.

Bought a whiskey that comes in this really cool seahorse shaped bottle. The outer shipping box looked okay, but when I opened the inner box the damage was obvious. The bottle had a noticeable scuff on it. Called the store right away and they responded pretty quickly. They talked to their shipping team and offered either a replacement bottle if I sent the damaged one back, or ten dollars off. Here's the thing though: they actually told me these bottles almost always arrive damaged. That's a huge red flag. My husband collects these and this one is basically worthless to him now. Don't order from here. They don't stand behind what they're selling.

This place deserves zero stars but that wasn't an option. I bought wine as a present on the 27th and heard nothing about what was happening with it. Emailed them over the weekend at a different address and suddenly got a message saying it shipped with a delivery date. Then the next day they inform me one item is out of stock and getting refunded. Really? They offered me a gift card for basically the same amount as the missing item, but that means I'd have to buy another bottle and pay another $30 to ship it. They need to rebrand if they're calling themselves the go-to online option. At minimum, they should contact customers when orders are only partially available.

Earlier they actually claimed it was being packaged and would ship on December 20th. The service is pretty awful and now they're insisting on a restocking fee. How do you charge a restock fee for something you never actually had in stock to begin with?

Can't give zero stars or I would. Ordered something marked as in stock. Then suddenly it wasn't available. They offered either a replacement item or money back. I chose the refund. Turns out there's a 10% restocking charge even though they're the ones who don't have it. Figured maybe that was a fluke so I gave them another chance months later with different items. Same exact story. Items vanish from inventory. Requested my refund and two weeks later I've heard nothing and seen no money. Total scam. Don't waste your time.

Don't use this place, they'll rip you off. I got sent the wrong item and told them the same day it arrived. The bottle I received was worth at least $125 less than what I paid for. I asked if I could just keep it and they said no problem, they'd fix it. But after I asked for a return label they went silent. So now I'm stuck with an overpriced bottle of something I didn't order. Tried reaching out multiple times and got basically no response or help getting my refund.

Started off rough with my order. The site showed Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur in stock, but I got sent regular Pomp & Whimsy Gin instead. This is my second time ordering from them. First purchase was okay though it took forever. Second time was a nightmare. A week and a half went by with zero updates, so I emailed asking what was going on. Nothing. Few days later I decided I wanted to cancel and it went through, but they charged me 10% as a cancellation fee. The kicker? They didn't even have the item in stock, they were just waiting to get it in. So they sold me something they didn't have, and then punished me 10% for canceling. That's a straight up scam. Go to a brick and mortar shop instead of getting ripped off online.
