I needed these as a matching set of three for my wedding, but they only gave me a partial refund for one holder instead of replacing or refunding the whole set. They even said their guarantee doesn't apply even though their website promises unbroken items or full replacements. The staff was disrespectful and hung up on me when I tried to work it out. Please find another place to shop.
