The shipping took way longer than expected and I didn't get any updates from the carrier for over a week. The delivery estimate they gave me when I ordered was completely different from what the actual carrier said. If I'd known it would take more than two weeks, I never would've made that purchase. Here's the kicker: the jeweler found out that the necklace was nothing but a plastic tube underneath an incredibly THIN gold mesh layer. The actual gold content was barely three grams total! Unfortunately, I'm really disappointed with how things have gone. I used to have nothing but positive feedback, but not anymore. I cancelled my seaweed subscription, but they charged my account anyway. Now they're saying I have to wait three to four weeks for a refund until they receive the package back, which is their mistake. That's thousands of dollars held up. I'm quite upset. On top of everything, I've received multiple damaged items with return labels that had other customers' information on them, showing why those items were sent back in the first place. They still shipped those damaged products out to me. I even got a wallet with someone else's banking details inside. This isn't acceptable. Something's changed at this company for the worse.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. Their customer service has gotten so much worse in the past couple of years. Getting through to someone who can actually help is nearly impossible. When you do connect with someone, they're reading off a script from another country. What was once enjoyable shopping has turned into a real headache.
