I bought nova pendant a while ago

I bought nova pendant a while ago, and a stone fell out, QVC kindly offered to replace the stone , I sent it back to their jewellery repair man on the 22nd November 25, he received it on the 6th December 25, to date , nothing has come back to me. I have called QVC several times, no one has offered any explanation except it takes 8-12 weeks to return the item, no one chased it up, although each time I was told it was being chased up, so I am in despair, I have asked for a refund as it is going into 13 weeks, and still they dont want to give me a refund, just again say they will chase it up. Terrible customer service if something goes wrong. All polite and lovely when you are spending money

Again,Qvc are treating loyal customers…

Again,Qvc are treating loyal customers badly.I ordered the Ben delisi palma bag,because I wanted it,qvc description re the colour was red.It was out of stock when I rung .On receiving the bag I noticed it was not red but mulberry in colour with black undertones,again qvc description was way off,read other reviews which said it was not red but more mulberry wish I read them before I ordered.The bag I received was clearly an returned item,no tissue on zip pulls,no clear outside bag,one strip of filling,lining bobbled and one side of the bag had deep tram lines in and zip dodgy depending how gentle you were with it,itwould not have lasted that long,was stuffed into its dust bag,the strings were all knotted,now on presentation Ben himself said the dustbag comes inside the bag.Bearing in mind I have had alot of Ben de lisi bags not only from qvc but direct from company so i know how they come out.I rang qvc to advise and wrote along letter to explain why the bag was being returned but clearly they did not read it.I do not want a used handbag that has had used tissues in and used hair brushes in.Today I get an email to say that they have refunded my first easy pay but no p andp.I rang them immediately, contact staff was ok but strongly said no you will not be getting your p andp back,our experts in the warehouse said there was nothing wrong with the bag,indicating that I just did not want it.That was not the case and I read her out the letter ,my copy I had enclosed and stated your experts or specialists are not specialists as what they will accept others will not and this was returned as it was clearly a used item ,damaged and mis sold as colour description was wrong,there is red and there is red but this was not a red.Now they are asking me to wait 72 hrs for a resolution team contact to ring me and are asking for my photos.I am happy to send them but whether I continue to shop with this company is another matter as I get this every time I shop,i receive damaged /used items and I have been with them 32 years,so loyalty counts for nothing it seems.

EVRI are the worst delivery company…

EVRI are the worst delivery company ever known and QVC are still using them which really baffles me. How can they still be trusted with so much negativity?

I have been shopping with QVC for 30…

I have been shopping with QVC for 30 years and have had nothing but great experiences. I have ordered a lot over the past 30 years, from jewelry and clothing to household goods to food. Is every product spot on? No but they have a great return policy and it is easy. Personally, I am okay with paying for return shipping if I don't like an item, because the time I save by not driving to different stores all over town is worth it to me. When people comment on my jewelery, clothes or things in my house 80% of the time they are from QVC. They always seem surprised. Thanks QVC!

I ordered some face cream around the…

I ordered some face cream around the beginning of February, I still haven't received it and its now 19th of February!One email saying, it may be held up due to bad weather, and nothing since.I have, in that time, received three other deliveries from other companies, that I ordered around the same time.My order was over £30, so not cheap. Come on QVC WHERES MY ORDER? Pull your finger out!

Here we go again....should know better!

I thought I would risk placing another order, after my horrendous experience with the last one. Jackie from the CEO's office had reassured me, and I thought lightening would not strike twice.How wrong was I!I ordered a microwave on Saturday and was thrilled that it arrived today, such quick delivery!However, there is an issue. Some of the protective tape was SO protective, upon removal, it took some of the handle's silver coating off!I contacted QVC, and as usual, the team I needed were 'busy' and I am now waiting for a call back. Looks like I am in the cycle of returning, waiting for a refund etc, etc. Same old story. The last refund took 3 months!I have emailed evidence, all the usual protocol. All I want is a replacement.

QVC downfall

QVC downfallQVC has gone down ever since they bought HSN. They have so much repeats and too many channels so that they could try to promote and sell everything. The hosts and staff seems to be very sad looking not very perky or upbeat or satisfying the need of buying something other than just language and talk. They don't speak to the customer they don't speak really that much about the product but they do a lot of demonstrations of the product but don't talk about the product itself.I did not realize that QVC became a cooking show.I've been with QVC for almost 30 years.And this is the worst I've ever seen it be.I was always excited to see QVC and always excited to record it now it's like for what reason.The products that offer you can get them on Amazon but unless cheaper price compared to what QVC tries to sell you for.The lady Brittany. From egg harbor she is so phony and plastic you could tell just by her appearance she always keeps an eye on the camera with her eyes being tilted to see her demonstrations.I don't normally comment about anything but when I start seeing things that are changing and it's not for the consumer it's a shame that it's just still on air it needs to revamp or think about its structure

Show us measurements with tape measure

I would like to see models actually showing the sizes they are wearing by using a tape measure. All we hear is she is 7’6” and is wearing . XXS small. Put on the screen what the hip or bust measurement is for a certain garment size. It would sure help us on what to order.

QVC fraud

I called QVC and spoke with a supervisor concerning my shipping charges, I received one package with two items in it and was charged with two shipping fees? I was informed from the supervisor that even if I ordered six items and QVC was able to put it in one package I would still have to pay a shipping charges for every single item even though they only used one package? I believe this is fraud? I think QVC owes their customers some money? What do you think?
