Polo

I live in Miami, work from home. My daily outfit includes, RL Polos "medium custom slim". I just had 2 new ones delivered that were so small they felt like someone had shrunk them. The inconsistency in size precludes me from buying online. Everything needs to be purchased in a store where I can try them on.What a disaster this company has become.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Ralph Lauren customer service.I received an item in the wrong size, which was clearly the company’s mistake. I contacted customer support and was explicitly promised delivery on December 23 for the replacement so it could be used as a Christmas gift.Later, I was informed the replacement would arrive on December 26, making it completely useless. When I requested to cancel the replacement and receive a refund immediately, Ralph Lauren refused.I was transferred to a supervisor named Christopher, who acknowledged the issue but could not resolve it. Despite the mistake being on Ralph Lauren’s side and despite a broken delivery promise, he insisted that no refund could be issued until the item is returned and processed.

Further to my other reviews Ralph…

Further to my other reviews Ralph Lauren are still refusing to return my money for a return item that was too small they replaced it with a larger item and too a further £155 from my account, it's pointless trying to contact them by phone they use call centre in South Africa pleasant enough call handlers but no use whatsoever, exchanged many emails with bank statments to prove they have taken my money still no resolution, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHARLATANS, they will steal your money, and try and return an item it took several attempts and time to arrange returns which they did acknowledge the return which should have been enough to refund but no, the worse company ever to deal with!

No longer a Luxury brand!

I expected exceptional quality and customer service from this company. Instead, I paid for a very expensive jacket, only to receive something that looks and feels like it cost about five bucks to make. I also paid for a gift box, which never arrived. I called to request that one be sent out, as this was to be a Christmas gift. After being told that one would be shipped out immediately, I get an email, almost a week later, saying that my gift box has been shipped and will arrive December 30th. This kind of service is unacceptable when they charge as much as they do for their products. I won't be ordering from them again.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! I was sent the incorrect item. When I contacted the custom services team via Whats App, to try to resolve it, they kept shutting down the chat if I didn't respond straight away. After finally managing to catch them before they shut the chat down, the issue was discussed. They offered a full refund and told me to reorder the item. The item was out of stock online at this point. I suggested an alternative that met my criteria (red, cashmere jumper/cardigan, small size). The main issue was that the alternative was 130pounds more expensive than the original. I asked if they could offer some sort of discount code to try to mitigate the cost increase to me. They offered me 15pounds. Yes, you read that right, 15pounds to offset against a 130pound increase. I managed to push them up to 20 (which they told me was the max), then 25 (so apparently 20 is not the max). Either way, they have done very little to make things right after their mistake. I will take the full refund. I doubt I will take them up on their offer of a discount off of my next purchase. Alas, this is probably a win for them. My "oooo - this is perfect" Christmas gift for my wife ruined.

Appalling Customer Service

I recently visited a Ralph Lauren store and was absolutely appalled by the service. The three sales associates we encountered were unwelcoming and rude. One, in particular, followed us throughout the store in a way that felt intrusive and distrustful, as though we were being monitored rather than assisted. It was impossible to browse as we were uncomfortable and unwelcome. We went in to buy Christmas gifts and left with nothing. As a lifelong, loyal customer, this experience left me questioning the values of a brand I once respected and has made it clear that I will not be returning.

Poor quality

Purchased a pair of trainers back in July, only wear them when going out, not for day to day use. The sole on the left shoe started to make a strange noise, now it’s starting to come apart Very poor quality for a so called ‘premium’ brand

This has been the most ridiculous

This has been the most ridiculous, stressful, and infuriating experience I have EVER had with any company. I placed an order with Ralph Lauren on 1 December. They promised delivery on 13 December. On the 13th, I got a message saying my parcel had been delivered — but NOTHING was delivered to my address.I called customer service, and was told my order had been “misplaced”. They offered a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, and they promised a new delivery by 23 December.Then on 18 December, I received ANOTHER message saying the order had been delivered. Again, NOTHING arrived.From there, the service went from bad to absolutely disgusting. One agent gave me zero answers and pushed me toward a claim department without explaining anything. Another agent told me UPS had my parcel and I had to collect it myself because they “could not deliver to my address”.So I sent my brother to pick it up — and UPS refused to give it without address proof. He came back with nothing.Then, 15 minutes later, I received an email saying my entire order had been CANCELLED and REFUNDED — without my permission, without my request, and after making me wait nearly an entire month.When I called again to say I wanted the item, not a refund, I was told there is “nothing they can do”.This is beyond unacceptable.Two fake delivery confirmations.Zero clear answers.Terrible communication.Wasted time, wasted effort, and complete disrespect.Ralph Lauren should be ashamed of this appalling service. I am NEVER ordering from them again and I will make sure everyone I know hears how pathetic and unreliable their online service is.
