Terrible experience with both the product and how they treated me. The contact lenses arrived defective, which I'm pretty sure were counterfeit. Two of the blister packs were completely dried out when I got them, meaning the lenses inside were dry, cracked, and unusable. I reached out to Save on Lens and spoke with a representative who basically told me I couldn't return, replace, or get my money back. All they'd offer was 5% off my next order, which is insulting since that doesn't even cover the cost of one bad lens plus shipping and tax. I let them know I'd be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, my credit card company, and other review sites. Suddenly after a full day went by, the tone changed and they asked for pictures. I sent photos of the box and lot number, but then they wanted pictures of the actual blister packs. Since I'd already thrown them away after being refused help initially, I explained that. Their response was basically that without those pictures, there's nothing they can do. It's clearly a scam. They obviously know most people won't hold onto damaged packaging forever, so they deliberately drag out their response time and then ask for photos knowing customers probably won't have them anymore. It's a deliberate way to avoid helping or refunding anyone.

Amazing! I placed an order for cosmetic contacts and they showed up just two days later. The lenses are affordable and the quality is really solid. The color is super vibrant and looks exactly like what I wanted. I'd definitely suggest checking out this site if you're shopping for contact lenses.
