My order was placed but never actually went through. No processing, nothing happened with it. Feels like I got scammed with this purchase.
This company has the absolute worst customer service I've experienced. Called to ask about pricing on a Jura S8 model and wanted to see if they'd match a competitor's offer. The sales person kept interrupting me, was incredibly rude, and made sarcastic comments the whole time instead of just listening. I told him the exact model, color, and competitor info, but he just kept being disrespectful before hanging up on me. Based on how they treated me, I can only imagine how bad their returns process must be. Find another coffee shop. They clearly don't value their customers and don't deserve your money.
