Sorted by: Most recentI ordered a gift and the package arrived incomplete. I reached out to customer service to fix it, but they basically said it was shipped and there's nothing they can do about it. I never got to experience the product they're famous for since part of my order never showed up. It's unfortunate because I wanted to be a customer, but when problems come up they just give up. That one missing item ended up being a really expensive purchase.
Shipping came through as expected. The price was reasonable and they don't push you into buying large quantities like other places do. The fabric quality looks solid and the fit is great on the polo style. Definitely planning to order again.
This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. The quality is awful, and they don't handle criticism about their poor products well at all. Look at the reviews and you'll see the same issue mentioned over and over: the same spots wear through on every pair within two to six months. They'll throw every excuse in the book at you to avoid honoring a warranty because they know how bad their stuff actually is. At thirty bucks a pair, you're basically buying overpriced rags that wouldn't even hold up for drying off a muddy dog, let alone wearing them regularly.
I'm really disappointed with this company. The actual product might be okay, but the organization behind it seems stuck in the past. Ordering is fine, but good luck if you need to return or exchange something. They make it incredibly difficult to get a return label - you have to sit around waiting for it to arrive by regular mail. Their solution basically involves you buying another pair while you wait for the label, so you're out money for two pairs with nothing to show for it. It's ridiculous.
They used to be solid a few years back, but the fit and durability have really gone downhill. I got a couple of Swing Shift pairs recently and they're falling apart after just a handful of wears.
I don't think they're operating in Australia anymore. I made a purchase that hasn't been shipped after three-plus weeks with zero tracking confirmation. There are no phone numbers available to contact them. Their Facebook hasn't been updated in years, and all emails bounce back with delivery failure notifications. Every attempt to reach them via email gets rejected. It seems like their system isn't accepting incoming messages. I've tried multiple times without any luck connecting with them.
I was really happy with the fit, sizing, colors, and how comfortable they felt. But after a month of wearing them, a few pairs started getting loose threads in the back seam. They sent replacements, but those had pulls in the elastic waist. I filed another warranty claim and they denied it, basically suggesting I was making stuff up. My advice is to buy in person so you can check the quality on each individual pair. Their quality standards are lacking and the stuff just doesn't hold up. Their customer service was the worst I've experienced. Live and learn, I guess.
Look through the reviews and you'll notice a pattern. People who had good experiences give positive reviews, but anyone who ran into trouble with 2UNDR will tell you their customer service is absolutely terrible. They seem to have no interest in actually solving problems and come across as arrogant and dismissive, always finding ways to blame the customer instead of owning up to the company's failures. I'm done with them.
These are the best? Not so sure about that. I've been wearing another brand for a while, so when I picked up 2undr Swing Shift after all the buzz, I wasn't totally blown away. Obviously and 2undr have pretty different designs, but honestly I'm torn. I think Obviously has more support where you need it, and I'm not totally sold on the Joey Pouch design. There are probably better options out there, especially since the pouch feels a bit snug and could use more room. They're decent and I'll wear them, but calling them the best feels like a stretch.
