What Shoppers Say About Ace Marks
Ace Marks receives sharply divided feedback from shoppers, with 16 reviews yielding a 2.1 out of 5 rating. A significant portion of customers report serious product quality issues, including uncomfortable fits, premature stitching failure, and incorrect product specifications from customer support. Return and exchange experiences vary considerably: some shoppers praise the brand for working fairly with customers and handling issues without enforcing policies rigidly, while others describe unresponsive or unhelpful customer service interactions and cite review moderation practices that frustrated them.
The brand appears strongest when proactively addressing mistakes on their end, as evidenced by reviews highlighting inventory resolution and flexible replacements. However, recurring complaints center on product durability, accuracy of product information, and inconsistent customer service responsiveness. Shoppers considering Ace Marks should be aware that quality concerns and support experiences appear unpredictable, and the return window limits recourse for delayed problem discovery.

Sorted by: Most recentFirst time ordering from them. Got a pair of loafers. Delivery was super fast and they showed up pretty quick. The craftsmanship looks solid so far, though I'll need to put them through their paces before I know for sure. Used their sizing guide based on brannock measurements and it was dead on. My only complaint is the shoe box itself arrived beat up a little. I like keeping my shoes in their box with a bag around them. Probably will order again if I catch a sale.
Total scam operation. They'll take your money but never actually send anything, and good luck getting them to respond to any of your messages. Steer clear.
Ordered two pairs of shoes but never got a confirmation. After waiting a week, I reached out and they finally sent the confirmation. When the shoes got here, one was already scuffed and neither pair fit right. I emailed support and they told me to pay $16 to return them, so I did. Problem is, I never got the shipping label I paid for. Emailed again and got a response saying they'd resend it. Didn't show up a second time either. So I emailed once more and suddenly the story changed: I had to send photos first, then their return team would look at them and maybe get back to me by the end of the week. Why would they say they'd resend the label if I needed to do all this first? Sent pictures of the unworn shoes anyway. They said their return team needs to review them and we'd hear back end of week. That was last week. Still nothing.
I ordered with their rush option that comes pre-selected and paid extra for speed. Three days later a support person emailed saying they couldn't fulfill my order and asked if I wanted store credit or a refund. I answered in like 10 minutes flat, but a week has gone by and I've tried reaching them multiple times with zero response. Had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company. Don't do business with this place.
I haven't been able to check out the shoes yet since they're held up in customs. When I ordered Italian shoes, I figured they'd ship to Ireland straight from Italy, but turns out they came from the USA instead. No customs paperwork came with the package, so now FedEx won't clear them since they're from outside the EU. FedEx has tried reaching out to Ace Marks multiple times with no luck. I just sent them an email myself, so fingers crossed something gets resolved.
These dress shoes are seriously so comfy. Back when I did door-to-door sales, working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, these were the only dress shoes I had and they got me through it all without my feet killing me. Would definitely recommend them. Just don't order around the holidays like with most online retailers.
