ACTA made a mistake when declaring the value on my shipment to the UK, which resulted in me having to pay over £55 in customs charges. I'm hoping I can get reimbursed, but honestly the worst part has been that they refuse to take responsibility for what happened. If you're ordering to the UK, I'd skip this company because they clearly don't understand how to properly handle customs paperwork. It's disappointing because I was a loyal customer and even promoted them as an ambassador. However, after dealing with multiple problems recently and now this situation, I've decided to stop shopping with them and remove my referral code so others won't end up in the same situation. Not worth the hassle.
One star because ACTA removes negative reviews from their site to make it look like everything they sell is perfect. I ordered a bra that literally came apart after wearing it for just two hours. When I posted a review about the poor quality, the company took it down. Really disappointed with how they handle feedback.
