oversold

waited over a week after ordering for them to tell me they no longer have the items I ordered. its a shame I would have loved them seems like it was a limited valentines drop. but they need to be more organized about over selling items. + like 90% of the store is always out of stock.

I've been a customer of Adoreme for 7…

I've been a customer of Adoreme for 7 years. Started out fantastic. Loved just about every bra and bathing suit it bought. Things changing though. Inconsistent sizing. Two bras same style, size just different colors are completely different fit. Bought on sale so no returns. Same with the bathing suits. Loved the bra sized top. But again too many inconsistencies. Sorry to say I think I need to move on😔

Scammers

Scammers. Firstly they offered VIP discount. Then after receiving the goods which looked so cheap they started charging me a money without my authorization calling it a store credit. I found out it just accidentally. I requested the refund. Called my bank. They intervened. I then learned that they made me sign up for an automated subscription during my first purchase. Still trying to cancel it and my account . Can not succeed. Total scam.

Unethical Sales Practices

Not only are the products from this company cheap and miss sized, fulfillment takes two weeks and out of three orders I have received, two were fulfilled incorrectly requiring me to talk to customer service and return the items that were sent incorrectly via USPS and await the correct items to be sent to me.But the best was my recent order, where everything I ordered was marked final sale - ON THE RECEIPT. Please note – I have never in my life purchased anything final sale that cannot be returned. And in looking at the Adore Me website today, the items that I ordered that were marked final sale on my receipt are not marked final sale on the website. That’s right, COMPLETELY UNETHICAL sales practices designed to ensure they keep your money. So in this shipment, there were two items that were not viable. One was shown as opaque on the website and yet was 100% transparent and the other was two sizes too small. When I called to discuss with them that they were not marked final sale when I bought them, they said there was nothing they could do, but would extend me a one time courtesy of allowing me to exchange for an in-store credit. They said they would adjust my account so that these two items could be returned and I could receive a store credit. Not my cash back, but a store credit. However, the customer service rep did not adjust the items and after multiple calls with the customer service line, I still am not able to return them - even for a store credit. The minute I get my store credit and deplete it, I am canceling my membership and never purchasing from this SCAM company again.BEWARE!

My adore me box was pretty good and I thought most things were cute. Just the quality let me down…things felt flimsy and cheap to me and I didn’t see a lot of reason to buy them. Sorry! Hopefully next time can be better

I would give 0 stars

I recently made a purchase and did a return because I do not feel the quality is there anymore. You have to pay a restocking fee as well. I returned my items a month ago and have yet to be refunded. Customer service gives me the run around every time I reach out. I've been told it takes 30 days for them to inspect and then initiate a refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from a company. The customer service displays a lack of care and are not helpful whatsoever. I called the last day of the "30 days" and was told again I need to wait because the inspection isn't done. We aren't selling diamonds here, complete fabrication in my opinion to hold on to your money. I will not be purchasing from here anymore.

Terrible customer service and problems with receiving my order.

I placed an order with. Shortly after placing my order, I received an email letting me know that my order would ship in 2 to 3 business days. Two days later I received a email saying that processing was going to be delayed. It’s been 3 weeks and I still do not have my product. I called customer service and they told me they can’t tell me when I will receive it. when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that you can if you want to, but they’re gonna tell you the same thing that I did.I asked for a refund and was told that because my order was processing I couldn’t get a refund, but when I got my item, I could send it back for a refund, which makes no sense at all.The next day I received an email letting me know they were giving me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase.Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again.

Total scam

Total scam. If you order they keep your cc info on file and start a recurring charge. When you select contact merchant from cc charge. The website doesnt exist. To cancel on line from their sales website, they require you sign up. Scam. Blocked charges on my card. Reported to fraud department.

Useless for big breasts

None of these bras were suitable for larger breasts. They must have been designed by men because they are pretty to look at but useless for support and comfort. Every single bra I tried on I fell out of when I bent over. That's not what any woman wants. Not only that, but they make you pay separately for the underwear and then they won't let me return the bra without the underwear , which is ridiculous , because I bought them separately , even though they are a pair. Plus they charge you for shipping free returns if you want your money back but not if you want store credit. I will never spend another dime there

I placed an order on 11/30/25 that was…

I placed an order on 11/30/25 that was supposed to to ship and be delivered by December 5-10/25. I gave it some time as the end of year usually means delayed deliveries. By 12/21/25 I had not received any of the items ordered. I sent an inquiry to have a refund issued and was refused a refund. On 12/23/25 only half of my order showed shipped and still has not been received. I have a second time now requested my money be returned due to the order not being fulfilled in a timely manner that was promised. I have been ordering from Adore Me for several years and have never faced this issue with orders, returns or refunds. This is terrible customer service on their part.
