Be careful if you're returning your Elite Box package. They'll bill you even if you send the whole thing back. Their customer service is awful. Plus, I don't think they actually look at what you've ordered before, so you end up getting duplicate items in your Elite Box. Lost me as a regular customer. Will definitely skip the Elite Box program. Ever since Victoria Secret took them over, things have really gone downhill. Really disappointed about that.

I placed an order and got charged, but then the day it was supposed to arrive, the tracking just disappeared and the order vanished from their site too. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Stay away from this place. Something feels really off here. UPDATE from 3/6/26: Their response to my complaint below shows exactly why I think they're running a scam.

I'd rate them lower if I could. Orders get cancelled for no reason and no explanation given, yet the products are still for sale on the site.

I wish I could give them an even lower rating. They just straight up cancel your order without any reason and don't tell you anything about it, even when the items are still available to buy.

The website itself was nice to use and I enjoyed the shopping experience. The problem came later when they repeatedly took money from my account without asking, and I wasn't even a member. I placed a couple of orders, but then they just kept charging me and putting orders through, even though you need to be a member for that. I'm not a member and never was. I reached out several times saying I wasn't part of their membership, but the charges kept happening. Eventually I had to call and explain to a representative that I wasn't a member. It really bothered me that they kept accessing my account and taking money without my authorization. I never signed up for anything like that. I only wanted to purchase a few items, but because of all this, I've decided not to come back.

Multiple times I told them I wasn't a member and didn't want this happening. Eventually I had to contact someone and make it clear I wasn't part of their membership program. I was super frustrated that they kept pulling money from my account without my permission when I never agreed to it. I didn't authorize these charges and they kept doing it anyway. Because of this whole situation, I'm done shopping here.
