I started using Ahava products over 20 years ago
I started using Ahava products over 20 years ago but somehow stopped using them until I recently rediscovered them. I had forgotten how much I liked the various products and the difference they make to my skin.Not sure I had used the Osmoter serum or the Osmoter smoothing cream before but combined with the extreme day cream or the extreme night treatment has been a winner for my old, old skin! So happy I rediscovered them!!!

I had an issue with changing to a new…
I had an issue with changing to a new email on the AHAVA website unsuccessfully. After contacting the company, I received two emails back-to-back, and the matter was resolved. After thanking them, I received an immediate response, not AI. Now, THAT is impressive.Thank you.

Great products AND customer service!
I have used Ahava products ever since my son gifted me some on Mother’s Day years ago. I love them so much I’ve bought Ahava for my daughter, stepdaughter, and granddaughters. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience what a great job their customer service department does. They responded quickly to my concerns and solved the issue to my satisfaction. I remain their number one fan!

Ahava stands by their merchandise and listens to customers!
I have been an Ahava devotee ever since my daughter brought me back a tube of face cream from Israel 30 years ago! Since then, I have continued to use their products. In all these years, only twice have I had an issue with products I received from online orders. Both times, Ahava customer service has responded quickly (I included pictures of the problems) and made good quickly by sending me replacements!

Amazing products and excellent customer service.The quality of the products has been top-notch, I've seen a noticeable difference in my skin. When I had a small issue with one of the products, the customer service team was swift to send me a replacement. I felt very heard and taken care of. Will definitely continue buying all of my skincare from Ahava!

This company is amazing in so many ways. The products outstanding. The AI experience for helpful products tips is amazing. And the customer service is wonderful and so helpful. Been using AHAVA for years and will continue to do so. I love trying new products, and I loved the basics too.

Ordered multiples of hand cream for…
Ordered multiples of hand cream for gifts for hostesses of bridal shower and they came when they said they would. I was notified that they had been delivered but thinking they would have been in front of my door I notified the company by email that I did not receive them. I was responded to immediately letting me know that they were placed in my mailbox. That is where I found them. The point is the response to me was immediate which I greatly appreciated. The came wonderfully packaged in individual boxes.
