I've been using Ahava ever since my son gave me some as a Mother's Day gift years ago. I love them so much that I've bought them for my daughter, stepdaughter, and granddaughters. Just recently I had the chance to see their customer service in action. They responded super quickly to my issue and made sure it was resolved the way I wanted. I'm a devoted fan for life!

Ordered several hand creams as gifts for the hostesses of a bridal shower and they showed up right on schedule. I got a notification they were delivered but wasn't sure where they were left, so I emailed to let them know I couldn't find them. They got back to me right away and let me know they'd been placed in my mailbox, which is exactly where I found them. I really appreciated the quick response. Everything came beautifully packaged in individual boxes.

All my orders have been amazing and when I needed to return something, the whole process went smoothly without any hassle. When their automated system can't fully answer my product questions, I get a thorough email from someone on the team within a day or two, which is fantastic service.

I tried a sample tube of their seaweed hand cream and fell in love with it. Not sure where I even got it from originally. The scent is subtle but the texture is incredible. Just a tiny bit does the job. I'm really happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

Really love their cosmetics. They're natural and not overly complicated. I've been using their facial creams for years. Wish they still came in those old plastic containers like they used to, but the products are still great. Just picked up more today.

Really impressed with what I got. Picked up some products for myself and the family and honestly, you're getting solid value. I've been using the Age Control moisturizing cream for just over a week and it's fantastic. Very hydrating, rich texture, and feels amazing. Definitely ordering more during the next sale to try their aftershave range and shower gel. The Extreme Day and Night treatment got great feedback from everyone who tried it. Super hydrating and you only need a tiny bit for complete coverage. Shipping to Australia took a little more than a week but the packaging was excellent. The prices are on the higher side, but I'd recommend trying during a sale if you're new to the brand.

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for about a week now. First they promised to email me a return label but never did. Then they came back saying they can't provide return shipping at all. I'm still waiting for any kind of guidance on how to actually get my money back.

Be careful with Ahava. They advertise a 30 day return policy but here's the catch: to return anything you have to contact them through their website form. I ordered products on two separate dates and don't like either one. I've sent them over 10 emails and haven't gotten a single response from their customer service team. They don't take phone calls and I can't even track down their mailing address. Not only do they have bad customer service, they basically have no customer service at all. They're not actually standing behind their stated return policy. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! When I placed my order online, I selected three different free samples that were available. My purchase arrived but those samples were nowhere in the box. I emailed them about it and instead of just sending the samples, they told me 'We don't let customers pick samples they just come with orders automatically.' Look, I know they're free, but I still want them. I buy a lot of skincare products and I'd appreciate getting the free samples I selected. This company acts like what I'm asking for is unreasonable. They have no idea how to treat customers and I won't be buying from them again!

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. It takes forever to get responses and they won't even pick up the phone. I made an order and their system automatically 'corrected' my address without asking. I sent an email about it and four days later was told the order would need to be cancelled. After waiting three more days I followed up and was told 'sorry, can't cancel it, it already shipped.' At that point I called UPS to check on the address and it seemed fine. Then the day the package was supposed to be delivered, Ahava asked UPS to send it back. I emailed them but had to wait another three days for any response. When there are so many beauty product options out there, it's crazy how little this company cares about customer satisfaction. I've been buying from them since the 90s when I found them in Israel. When Ulta stopped stocking them in stores recently, I decided to order straight from them. Total mistake. I wish I'd known sooner how dismissive they are.
