Their customer service is really bad. Getting new customers takes money and effort, so it doesn't add up that they wouldn't put in the work to keep the ones they have. Go somewhere else instead.

There's no way to return items through their system. Plus the Large runs like an XL. The t-shirt that arrived was really low quality and came completely messed up in the packaging. I've sent multiple emails trying to resolve this and haven't gotten a single response. They basically took my money and that was that.

I've been trying to get someone to help me with a refund for a bathing suit that doesn't fit but can't get any help. Every time I go to submit my request with all the required information, I'm told there's no record of my purchase. This happens even when I type in my order number. Same deal when I provide my address and email. They say there's nothing on file. They essentially took $147.66 from me and are now acting like I never even shopped there.

Got this really nice XL swimsuit in the mail. Couldn't even pull it up over one leg! There's no way that's actually an XL or else their sizing system is completely messed up. The company basically said tough luck and wouldn't help me get a replacement or refund. Which is disappointing because the design really is beautiful. It won't even fit my family members who are a lot smaller. Don't waste your money here.

Bought a matching top and bottom set, but the medium top is incredibly tight on me. I called customer service asking about swapping it for a larger size and their response was basically sorry, it's past 30 days, we don't make exceptions. I'm not asking for my money back and the tags are still perfectly attached. Any company that won't bend at all for basic customer service isn't going to last long. These days 30 days really isn't much time. I won't be ordering anything else from them.

Not happy with my last order. I've purchased from them several times before without any problems and was pleased with everything I got. But this recent purchase was different. The product I received didn't match the picture on their website. I posted a review pointing this out with photos attached but it never showed up. I waited and tried again a couple weeks later and still nothing. It seems like they're refusing to post my reviews because I was calling out their quality control issues, meanwhile they're happily approving all the five star ones. That's pretty disappointing and sketchy if you ask me. Won't be shopping with them moving forward.
